I was visiting from out of town and had and everything wheat bagel with salmon cream cheese. The cream cheese have some chucky onion in it which I really loved, an overall really liked the bagel! We also shared a blueberry muffin which was quite tasty and huge!

The bagels were delicious, but the server taking orders at counter was very aggressive. I'm told that is normal for people in that neck of the woods, but a server should tone it down a little.

This was my first and last time here. It was difficult to order as I kept being interrupted with questions that would’ve been answered had the cashier listened to me. Not only were the sandwiches egregiously priced, they did not stand up to the quality and presentation of a sandwich half the price. The atmosphere of the establishment is very pallid, and their limited seating required my partner to eat outside. I would expect a lot more given the price. 🍉

Today I had really bad experience at this place. I ordered bagel and coffee, paid, got into my car, had first bite of my bagel. Noticed not only woman gave me not the bagel I requested, but also it was not baked well. I went back and complain but the woman did not apologize and replaced it, she wanted me to stand in line again to replace by bagel. She was not nice and did not care. I will not come back to this place. They really have to train their employees customer service skills. I threw away the bagel when she finely replaced it with corrected type, but this one also was also under baked. Not coming back.

Delicious bagels and lots of sweet treats too! I love the assortment of Harney and sons teas and unique coffee cakes! Friendly. Plenty of seating. Street parking nearby.

Cute neighborhood cafe for nice sit in and have good coffee. Must visit if you are in the area.

Lady working the front was rude and had bad customer service, which would have been fine if the food was good. But it wasn’t worth the price in the slightest. Also she didn’t ask for a name for order and when the food was done she kept yelling out a random name expecting us to realize she was talking about us and when she came up to us asking about it she scoffed when we told her the food was ours. Keep in mind she was yelling “Julia” when neither of our names were Julia and when there was no need to yell out a name when she knew what we ordered, there was nobody else waiting for food and she could’ve handed it to us from behind the counter from where we were sitting. She also forgot my coffee and then gave me the wrong type. I ordered a medium hot black coffee. I would also avoid ordering the “2 BLT” which is supposed to be a BLT with extra bacon. There wasn’t evening a full serving of bacon on it. Take your money to Dunkin’ Donuts right down the street, you will be more satisfied.

This is my go to spot anytime I’m in Natick. I love their TABL on an Asiago bagel with cream cheese, don’t knock it until you try it. The bagels are always fresh and sandwiches are quickly made. It is always clean and welcoming.
