Lady working the front was rude and had bad customer service, which would have been fine if the food was good. But it wasn’t worth the price in the slightest. Also she didn’t ask for a name for order and when the food was done she kept yelling out a random name expecting us to realize she was talking about us and when she came up to us asking about it she scoffed when we told her the food was ours. Keep in mind she was yelling “Julia” when neither of our names were Julia and when there was no need to yell out a name when she knew what we ordered, there was nobody else waiting for food and she could’ve handed it to us from behind the counter from where we were sitting. She also forgot my coffee and then gave me the wrong type. I ordered a medium hot black coffee. I would also avoid ordering the “2 BLT” which is supposed to be a BLT with extra bacon. There wasn’t evening a full serving of bacon on it. Take your money to Dunkin’ Donuts right down the street, you will be more satisfied.

This is my go to spot anytime I’m in Natick. I love their TABL on an Asiago bagel with cream cheese, don’t knock it until you try it. The bagels are always fresh and sandwiches are quickly made. It is always clean and welcoming.

A very cute, bright, friendly and inviting spot, set just off the town common. Well worth your time to pop in.

The woman who works here on Thursday mornings was the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. Zero customer service skills, extremely snarky, and unpleasant. I have no notes on the food, just the employees. It was awful

Fantastic egg sandwich, and delicious bagels, with an extra piece of bacon for the dog! Love it!!

Honestly not that great bagels. I’ve been disappointed and underwhelmed every time I’ve gotten food here, returning against my better judgment. They also have a Chestnut Hill location which is equally underwhelming.

We had a baby shower at the Bagel Table for my daughter. They were so helpful and accommodating! Great food and great service! Friendly people and atmosphere! Thank you!

We went with 2 of our toddlers, they are the best food critics I know :) they ate all their bagels and fruits - nothing left. We also really liked the food, staff was very friendly, and the place itself has a great atmosphere, with reclaimed and new design. Definitely 5 stars!

Terrible, low-quality food. The chicken salad sandwich was filled with tendons and fat, and the mayonaisse had a sour taste. It was dripping, messy sandwich, too. My daughter's turkey sandwich was just as bad with highly processed, fatty luncheon meat. On a positive note, the servers were friendly, prompt and courteous, but food was inedible.

Woman behind counter couldn’t have been any more rude and miserable she obviously didn’t want to be there or want our business. If you need a napkin make sure and bring your own or you’ll get her wrath. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere unless you want to leave feeling awful.

Great atmosphere and friendly service. Bagels are ok, nothing to rush out and get. (Tried plain and everything) I like my Everything bagels coated in seasoning and this was more like a sprinkle.
