Update: 2 years later and apparently let’s only allow a couple of people to eat outside but deny everyone else. It’s such a beautiful day. That’s okay we went elsewhere.
We didn't get the opportunity to eat there tonight. When getting ready to sit at our table a young woman already seated informed us that there was a mouse under the table. The hostess brought us back to the front and we chose to leave.

Worst experience ever. We had a reservation as rewards member but we still waited 35 minutes for table. It took 1hour to get our food. When we got our food we complained to our server and he screamed back at us. We have been customer for years, but it's the last time we are going there. Very disappointing,

Crowded, loud, popular place to go. Sometimes, the lights are too dimmed. Food has sometimes come out bad. Doughy pasta and flavorless chicken. But its a great place for dessert and employees are great. Wait times can be a pain, but imo its worth going.

I have been loyal customer with my family since it opened decades ago. But tonight was bad. Server was nice but busy. Food was not up to par - hot appetizers were cold and took long time to come out. Food was mini size and very little chicken on 2 different plates. I don't know if chefs were the problem or if this is new way. If so, I'm not going to pay insane costs for little amount of food. 2 bite size pieces of chicken in small plate of pasta. And 1 oz of chicken in kids meal. They raised prices but cut down food. Plus one clean dish was dirty and I had to change it myself bc waiter wasn't around.

Chicken club salad was great. Service was great. Prices on the high side but you get a lot of food. Took home a turtle cheesecake..delicious!

- just go to Red Robin, You get unlimited fries and you'll spend half the money. (I have no idea if there is a red robin nearby)

Come to celebrate grandma 85 birthday! Food here is delicious and of premium quality as always with reasonable prices. The portions are large just like other American restaurants, so we have to carry cake home🥳.

Sadly I ordered omelette for take out and and everything was bad and burnt I have posted a picture of it also the potato totally burnt and felt like it was made days ago , I am so disappointed , I can’t believe I spent 40 dollars for this on top I told them I am a vegetarian and there was piece of bacon in it too
The worst most watery carbonara on the planet — I will never return. I wish I could be refunded. I am always down for a chain restaurant but this was by far the worst I have ever been to. SKIP.

I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my birthday dinner at The Cheesecake Factory with my parents, aunt, and uncle, and our evening was made truly unforgettable thanks to our amazing waiter, Mikhail. From the moment he greeted us, his cheerful and warm personality made us feel so welcomed and appreciated.
Mikhail went above and beyond by speaking some Portuguese with us after hearing our conversation. My family and I are Brazilian, and it was such a delightful surprise to find out he knows Portuguese as well as Arabic, being originally from Lebanon. His effort to connect with us on such a personal level truly made our night extra special. It felt like he wasn’t just serving us, but genuinely sharing a part of his own background and culture.
Not only was he attentive and professional, but his kindness and enthusiasm made our celebration even more joyful. Whoever has the chance to be served by Mikhail is truly lucky—he’s a gem! Thank you, Mikhail, for making my birthday dinner so memorable. You are the best!

I never leave reviews anywhere because I don’t like to disgrace any food places etc but I am leaving this review to warn people please DO NOT EAT THE MAC & CHEESE from this place I’ve been sick for over 2 days feelings like crap😭😭!! Places like this need to follow more sanitary guidancess
