It's amazing how the shift supervisor wasn't flexible to allow us to eat our cake in the outdoor sitting area because we initially ordered our cake slices too East while watching our bike. We'd to cancel the order, find a server- he was ignorant of how we'd been treated by the shift supervision and he's a breath of sanity, helped us to sit us then we ordered through this amazing gal, indulged in our cakes while looking at our bikes, tipped our human server and left without having to deal with the shift guy. Went here with a couple of people, it was a Sunday and it was busy so we had to wait for 20 minutes, no problem but when we were called in and given a table, the seats and floor were soaking wet. The one that gave us a table didn’t seem to care until we told him we won’t take the table.

If you've been to a cheesecake factory before you've been to this cheesecake factory. The only differentiator is in my circumstance, the wait staff. We went on a Tuesday evening, relatively quiet evening. We were seated right away and I'd say the restaurant was only at about 30% capacity.
Wait staff took a substantial amount of time to take our order and bring the check. Once we had the check we held on to it for much longer than I would have liked.
The greatest benefit is the proximity to putt shack.

Good food good service but the menu is like a book kinda of a turn of because you can't be serving fresh food with that big of a menu there's not way to keep that much fresh product in stock.
First timer going to fat person mecca and having a pilgrimage of sorts. The cheesecake here is next level because it has to be! Its their name sake and they deliver on it. We had the Oreo one and it was ridiculously over the top rich... 1400 calories and worth it. Get your 7k steps in beforehand inside the mall. My only shock came when after paying for my cheesecake it wasn't present to me post haste and even faster to my mouth... I was politely informed that there's a wait and your creation is being constructed with the most skilled hands of an experienced master. No seating was available and we opted to select the fastest means to get our fix. From zero to cheesecake it took all of about 9 minutes or basically a lifetime for people that are built for cheesecake. 😋

Update: 2 years later and apparently let’s only allow a couple of people to eat outside but deny everyone else. It’s such a beautiful day. That’s okay we went elsewhere.
We didn't get the opportunity to eat there tonight. When getting ready to sit at our table a young woman already seated informed us that there was a mouse under the table. The hostess brought us back to the front and we chose to leave.

Worst experience ever. We had a reservation as rewards member but we still waited 35 minutes for table. It took 1hour to get our food. When we got our food we complained to our server and he screamed back at us. We have been customer for years, but it's the last time we are going there. Very disappointing,
