Horrible FIRST TIME THERE experience. Made a reservation and was told they would call us when we were ready, turns out they put in the phone number wrong after confirming TWICE. We arrived to being told we would have to wait longer. When we finally sat down and put our food in the sever forgot to send the order to the kitchen and had us waiting for over and hour before figuring it out. We were told we could order something in the meantime on them to hold us over so we all got sodas instead of waters which we ordered before to save money. We were also told we would all get free dessert on the house. Turns out, no the sodas weren’t free , and we had to argue to get them taken off the bill (15$). And no we did not all get free dessert! There were 5 of us only 2 got free dessert, while the 3rd was told it was free but was still charged. I also ordered sweet potatoes fries (which were an upcharge) and did not receive them. Overall EXTREMELY dissapointed at my wasted money and how we were compensated for the THREE and a half hours we spent there(90% waiting). I myself have worked in this industry and I can understand when it’s busy and you get overwhelmed, but this was just insane and unacceptable. Go elsewhere, food wasn’t even good.

I took my wife out to cheesecake factory as I do every year for her birthday. The past have been phenomenal. Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere this time the service was absolutely atrocious. We had a 4:30 p.m. reservation we were seated within 5 minutes of arrival. 15 minutes gone by before we were offered any drinks. Finally we ordered appetizers and our entrees, 20 minutes later we got our appetizer 5 minutes after that, our entrees came out. We barely got a chance to taste the appetizer so we had them box the appetizer up in order to make room for our entrees. No one came around to see how we were doing, but they came around for the check on time. One look at the check and I realized they had put an appetizer that we did not order on the receipt. They did correct that mistake. That added another 7 minutes to our evening. The wait staff did apologize and add. He had nothing to do with that because of the shift change. No check in from the Floor manager. I do hope this was a one-off and not the direction. Cheesecake factory is going.

I had lunch with a friend visiting from out of State. It was a busy day at the Mall, with lots of hungry customers wanting their lunch. The restaurant was well staffed, and the wait staff was prompt, friendly and very polite. I give them a five star rating.

It's amazing how the shift supervisor wasn't flexible to allow us to eat our cake in the outdoor sitting area because we initially ordered our cake slices too East while watching our bike. We'd to cancel the order, find a server- he was ignorant of how we'd been treated by the shift supervision and he's a breath of sanity, helped us to sit us then we ordered through this amazing gal, indulged in our cakes while looking at our bikes, tipped our human server and left without having to deal with the shift guy. My experience with the supervisor reminded me how absolute power can be an absolute intoxication and I hope no one else is treated like we're

Went here with a couple of people, it was a Sunday and it was busy so we had to wait for 20 minutes, no problem but when we were called in and given a table, the seats and floor were soaking wet. The one that gave us a table didn’t seem to care until we told him we won’t take the table.

If you've been to a cheesecake factory before you've been to this cheesecake factory. The only differentiator is in my circumstance, the wait staff. We went on a Tuesday evening, relatively quiet evening. We were seated right away and I'd say the restaurant was only at about 30% capacity.
Wait staff took a substantial amount of time to take our order and bring the check. Once we had the check we held on to it for much longer than I would have liked.
The greatest benefit is the proximity to putt shack.
