I ordered steak well done, it took longer than usual to come out, when it was delivered to the table, Karl came bye, apologized for the wait, asked if the food was to my liking and gave me a free cheesecake!!!!The food was great!!!The accountability was great!!!The customer service was excellent!!!the above three points make a good restaurant!!!go eat at Cheesecake Natick MA with Karl (supervisor/manager} and Meredith Bartender!!!JM

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We got told we had a 15-20 min wait, and ended up waiting 35-40 minutes. Waited another 1-1.5 hrs for our food to be served, and all 5 of us were completely displeased with the food. Don’t think I’ll be coming back, very much don’t recommend wasting your time or money.

The host could be a tad bit friendlier, but I wouldn't go so far as to say they were rude. Servers are super friendly and take the dining experience to the next level.This was my first time going here after wanting to for such a long time. I'm glad I decided to finally try it out. I arrived at a decent time and there was not a wait or reservation needed, but its definitely recommended.Got seated and served some fresh bread and butter while waiting for our food. The mixed drinks are delicious. I had a peach bellini. For the main course I had shrimp and chicken gumbo. One of the best gumbos I've ever had.I was stuffed at the end of my meal, but obviously I ordered dessert. You can't go to the Cheesecake factory and not order cheesecake when its your first time. The selection of cheesecakes is huge. I got the Cinnabon cheesecake to go and it did not disappoint.Highly recommend and will definitely return.

The food portions are big, and they have a wide selection of items on the menu. I definitely would recommend you making a reservation on a busy weekend. The pasta I personally felt like was a bit too salty and was slightly undercooked. The burgers were pretty good and cooked to my liking. The chicken cutlets breaded crust looks a bit on the cheaper sand but it’s a franchise therefore I’m not going to expect super high-quality. The server was great and well attended to our table. My only thing is this place smells like stinky musky cheese at times similar to Olive Garden but again you can’t expect much from a franchise.
