It is a nice lounge and I’m very impressed since you wouldn’t expect to see this nicer lounge in a small town hotel.

Honestly, I'd skip it next time. The bar is nice at first glance; very moody and well appointed. The vibe was not welcoming (had to wander in, there was only one other patron and I couldn't be sure if that was the manager or a customer at the time, had to seat myself without either of the two staff members offering to assist). Once sat,I did get some good service from one of the two staff. They had the drink I wanted, which was great. Ordered an appetizer which came out quickly and was good, but a bit overpriced (although still fair). Once I finished my appetizer the individual helping me had gone, and I waited what felt like 30 minutes before the second staff member got close enough to catch and place my order for an entree.
All of the above I could have lived with and still given 5 stars, but the entree was honestly just the most horrible meal and absolute robbery for what was provided. It was the orange and cherry glazed shrimp with vegetable fried rice. THIRTY DOLLARS. I figured it was worth the price for well balanced taste and expert curation, but what I got instead was shrimp (with tails on, so I had to take the marinated, sticky tails off myself by hand, which does not make sense for this meal) that was very dry, lacking taste, and fried rice that was tasteless. Nothing about the dish was pleasant or remotely worth what I paid.
Skip this place and get better food at better prices anywhere else. This is not to mention the $15 for each of two drinks that were a single liquor, neat (not a mixed drink). Terrible.

Surprising good hotel bar! The drinks were perfect and the vibe is nice. They have several TVs but, the food menu lacked seafood selections.

Bartender was super nice and accommodating considering she had to watch the whole restaurant herself. The food (got a burger) was pretty decent as well!

Stopped in for a quick bite after a long day of meetings. The Cesar salad (added mahi mahi) was delicious and the Old fashions were too. The bartender was super nice and helped with suggestions. Not sure when I’ll be back in the area but I’d eat here again. Nice atmosphere.

Had a friend coming to town and recommended this hotel to her. Arriving on a bus from airport, one mile away. Called and asked the hotel if they had a shuttle that would be able to pick her up and you would have thought I asked them to fly her on the plane there! Will I ever send anyone to this hotel again??? I think not.
Definitely didn't feel like a Hilton. Checked in, no mention of how to find my room or when breakfast was. Rooms are definitely like something out the 80s but not in a good way. Needed a good, deep clean and redecorated. Breakfast was OK, dishes in buffet section needed a good clean. Overall, this hotel felt tired, a bit grubby and in need of a proper identity. If it wasn't for all the funky art I think it would have felt like something akin to the Shining.
Asked for a handicap room... didn't get it. No reason why. 2:30 a.m. water running like a waterfall in our room coming from above or on the side. Not a tub, but like Niagara Falls. 1 hand towel for two people. Just a lousy stay for a hotel managed by Hilton.. We are surprised.
We have stayed at most of the "usual suspects" in the Framingham/Natick area. Three cheers for originality at the Verve. It is a little "vintage", and so were many of their patrons on the verge of Memorial Day Weekend. The hotel art is a trip down memory lane. Hotel prices at Logan Airport have climbed steeply without any visible improvement in the amenities. After a long international transit, we usually do an overnight stop before driving home. The Verve is a good option, if you can put up with the traffic getting out to the bedroom suburbs. Room amenities were fine and reflect Hilton attention to detail. Kudos for bright lighting in the bathroom. The bathtub shower is a little dated, but works fine. The two restaurants serve predictable hotel fare, but the staff are cheerful and their limited menus are well executed. Ample parking and a generally quiet environment are further assets. We will be back.
Good place to chill after a long day!
