I was told that a certain cake will be available for the pick up the next day. When I went there in the afternoon, I was told that it won’t be ready for a few more hours. The girl at the counter claimed she was not the one who told me to come for the pick up today so it was not her responsibility. When I asked to speak to the manager (Nigel?) - I was told his contact info cannot be given. I left my number and requested a call back from the manager but I never received it. While their products are great, I hope their customer service gets to the same level.

Ordered a drink at first 17:02 and whoever behind me got their order except me. I got my drink after 15 mins wait and have to ask where’s my drink. I dont blame the people work there ik they’re busy but its not acceptable.

Terrible experience - Completely unprofessional and disrespectful service.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this bakery, and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially for important events. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and received confirmation the day before the event that it would be ready for pickup. However, when I arrived at the bakery the next day, I was shocked to be told that I had supposedly called to reschedule the pickup – which I never did.

To make things even more frustrating, the staff not only failed to offer a solution, but also treated the situation as if it were my fault, refusing to provide any reasonable assistance. After spending at least a month finalizing the details for a custom cake with them, I was left scrambling at the last minute to settle for a basic cake.

The lack of accountability and professionalism didn’t stop there. Despite numerous emails and requests to speak with the store manager, no one bothered to respond. I was repeatedly told the manager would call me, but that call never came. I visited the store three times to resolve the issue, but every time I was given the same dismissive response.

For a bakery that charges premium prices, I expected much better service. They completely ruined a special occasion and then failed to make any effort to correct their mistake. This level of negligence and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against trusting this bakery with any important event.

The pastries present well and look pretty behind the glass counter but everything tastes artificial/manufactured. I don’t understand these Asian bakery chains purporting to be French bakeries, it all seems so odd and contrived. Paul bakery (a genuine Parisian chain) was much better when they were in Natick mall.

Pathetic customer service. The coffee was not made right (no coffee just milk) and when asked to repeat the staff was rude and angry. If there was a way to add a negative star I would add that. The staff is too stubborn to provide a decent customer service and treats the customers as if they are doing them a favor.

My favorite place but unfortunately this place has lost its quality in the cakes. The service is horrible/slow and it takes forever for the line to move. I asked for a hot caramel latte and they got my order wrong and gave me the wrong size. Also I wanted to pay $50 cash since my total was $50 and something in change and they didn’t accept cash even though I didn’t need the cash back lol. They force you to use a credit card. The floors need an update and a good wash, it looks extremely filthy for such a great Mall.

The cashier at this bakery was very helpful, and I stopped by the Natick Mall location a couple days ago while visiting the area. It was nice that savory pastries are offered here, and I purchased one with spinach. The cashier also was helpful by giving me the code to access the restroom.

Even though the drinks and baked goods oh delicious and good quality.The staff on April 6th 2024 was unorganized add orders coming out in the wrong order and multiple times incorrect.And sometimes remaking a drink would be even further away then what was ordered.

Absolutely awful. Made an order for a tiramisu cake and then the lady with very dark black hair told me they did not have my cake and could not make another. Then she wanted me to order another one like that cake i was like why do you want me to order another if you say you do not have it. She was messed up. Idk what was wrong with her.
