Terrible customer service
I can not believed that happened
Sunday I went I spoke to the manager for any promotion for big order and paid for an ordered to be ready next day ( for Christmas event)
And when I went and after they get the order in the counter the ( owner ) came asking to pay. When I showed her the receipt. She said YOU HAVEV TO PAY IN FULL WE DO NOT HAVE PROMOTION THEN I TRIED TO DISCUSS IT. SHE TOOK THE ORDER AND RUN INSIDE AND CAME BACK SAYING YOUR IS BACK TO YOUR C C I was shocked trying to explain this is a Christian event. You can do that. SHE CALLED security. I wrote a report to headquarters

We made the line to buy a drink and macarons. It was only 5:30 and the barista just did not want to make any drinks! 30 mins before closing the store.. it is evident they just wanted to go : ( not good customer service

I have to leave a review because THEY CHARGE 50 cents for tap water! I just spent $50 in bread and coffee and wanted an ice water - literally every coffee shop in America gives a courtesy cup IF YOUVE ALREADY PURCHASED SOMETHING. Management needs to see this and do something. It’s nuts. What a terrible way to ruin my good impression.

Tous les Jours Natick is my go-to for celebrations! Their birthday cakes are premium, high-quality, and absolutely delicious—light, fresh, and never too sweet. Guests always ask where I got the cake! 🎂 The store is clean, welcoming, and the staff are super friendly. If you want a cake that feels special and unforgettable, this is the place!

Pastries are nice but service is horrible. The cashier is always rude and she will handle your food with no gloves on ...

Extremely slow service. Only one girl works there and she needed to finish all the drinks order before checking out our cakes, and it only took over 30 minutes!

the worker working 6/18 @7pm at the front register haphazardly threw my strawberry croissant into the bag. the image shown is exactly how i received it from her, because she was not careful or smart about it at all.

not only was the worker lacking completely, but typically these strawberry croissants have 4-6 strawberries on them and this one had 3(all the others in the tray had 2). it was already a scam with the lack of strawberries that are usually there which is what we’re paying for when we order it, but i was severely disappointed once receiving it, as I used to frequent this exact tous les jours for years and have never had such bad service in my life here.

for a bakery emphasizing elegance and quality baked goods, this store chain showed neither of those qualities and exuded the opposite. the atmosphere was also bad, as it was unclean and the lighting/tables need to be fixed.

will not be coming here again. i would rather drive the extra 30 minutes to go to the chain in boston than waste my money and time at this location.

**EDIT**
I was so dissatisfied and disappointed that I ended up going to the Allston location just because what I received at Natick was simply a mess of ingredients, not a pastry item. I’ve attached images from the Allston location to show you all the difference and exactly what I was talking about. The Allston location had four strawberries, impeccable separate packaging, keeping everything neat clean and elegantly beautiful. The side by side comparison is present as well. By this point (25-30 min after), the Natick croissant cream that was all squished and spilled was broken and was seeping through the bag. Truly a waste and terrible service. Like I said, don’t waste your time and money coming to this location, you’re much better off going to the Allston one.

Also, to note, the Allston croissant was $4.50, and the Natick one was $5.50.

matcha and coffee was good, DO NOT get the red velvet latte, literally evil of them to market it like that. it was a cup of flavored watery milk

Natick Mall Tous les Jours’ Strawberry smoothie and iced tiramisu latte were too sweet to drink. So much so that we had to throw it away. Do not recommend it at all ! This much sugar in a drink can be harmful!

Delightful coffee shop and pastry place. The cakes are delicious. I had the matcha cake and highly recommend it. The Americano really tastes good. They have loaves of bread and croissants and similar pastries as well. Great place to take a break and enjoy.

I wholeheartedly recommend Tous les Jours at Natick Mall for anyone looking for the perfect birthday cake, especially for a special occasion like a first birthday smash cake celebration! We ordered a custom cake for my son’s first birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The cake was not only adorable but also incredibly delicious, with a fresh, moist texture and flavors that delighted everyone. The quality was outstanding, and the team provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail was just right. Tous les Jours made my son’s smash cake moment unforgettable, and I can’t recommend them enough for your next celebration!

I highly recommend Tous les Jours at Natick Mall for their exceptional catering service! We ordered a variety of cakes and pastries for our company event in Westborough, and every item was a hit. The taste was phenomenal, with each bite bursting with flavor, and the freshness was evident in every perfectly crafted pastry. The quality of their baked goods is truly top-notch, and their service was impeccable—professional, timely, and attentive to our needs. Tous les Jours made our event a delicious success, and we’ll definitely be returning for future gatherings!

Tous les Jours Natick never misses! Their coffee is always on point and the breakfast pastries are downright addictive—I’m obsessed with the almond croissant. Perfect for a quick pick-me-up or lazy morning treat. And if you need a birthday cake, look no further—their cakes are light, not crazy sweet, and so pretty. Total game changer!
