I have been to this restaurant a couple of times in the past (pre-covid) and had a pretty decent experience. I decided to take a somewhat large group (12) for their hot pot and AYCE sushi. I called ahead to reserve and make sure they still offered AYCE for both as 4 people were only going for sushi. They assured me nothing changed. Upon arrival, there was a sign saying they were closing permanently in two days due to a leasing issue. Then the hostess informed us there was no AYCE sushi because they didn't have a sushi chef. We still sat and tried to make the best out of a bad situation. After 30 minutes of waiting, someone came and took drink orders. Then 15 minutes after that we placed our orders (8 hot pots and some sushi rolls). It took another 20 minutes for broth to come out and they still didn't take our order for hot pot. Had to wave the waitress down to get menus so we could order our food. They took our order one time (on an AYCE $35 hot pot). They didn't bring half the food and never checked on us again. No extra broth. No drinks. No additional food. We watched as the waitress served all of the tables around us. It truly seemed as though she was intentionally ignoring our table. The food was good but this was the absolute worst hot pot experience I have ever had.

Good food, absolutely horrid service. We called ahead for a group of 11. After our initial beverages and food order, the server did not come back to the table once in the hour 2.5 hours we were there. Other tables got continuous service and drinks but we did not.

I called for take out and order Spare Ribs on the bone, a Shrimp dish and chicken lo mein. I had been here with my wife a while ago it was good but we were given a strict warning if we over ordered for the all you could eat hot pot they would charge extra. I believe this was before they went under new management so I do not know how they act on that now. That is the past when I brought the meal home the Spare ribs had plenty of meat on them and were not overly doused in sauce which was great. Many times I have taken out from places and the ribs on the bone were burnt these were cooked to perfection. The shrimp dish was a sweet and sour shrimp with some broccoli. This item was VERY lightly breaded I did not know what to expect however most places deep fry shrimp heavily and put the sauce on top. Finally the Lo-Mein was quite filling with plenty of chicken that night 2 people ate it and the next day 1 person finished what was left. The lo mein was not greasy as you find some times and as said there was plenty chicken they did not skimp at all. The only thing the did not do which most places do not is did not remove the tails from the shrimp other than that this was a near perfect meal.

Well, there is just no other way to put it. Please do NOT eat here! We came here for the hotpot since this is the only hotpot place near by and it's raining. And we thought for a hotpot AYCE priced at 34 dollar a person, it can't be too bad. Wow, what a terrible mistake! The food quality is very bad. No lamb meat, only some beef, and the beef quality is so bad that me and my wife stopped eating and got the check after just sitting for 20 minutes. The free "House special" soup base is, well, special, that it's just water. Yes, you read this right, it's just WATER! Come on! And the special pork bone soup base is clearly made from soup power with tons of MSG! I've been to many hotpot place and let me tell you straight: This place won't survive a week if it is in New York, and it won't survive a day if it's in China! I feel so sad about people who come to this place and think they just had a real Chinese hotpot. Btw, you won't want to eat here if you check out their bathroom, it's absolutely disgustingly....

Awesome food, great customer service, I got my food early and it was delicious. I ordered the veggie lo mein with half a duck. Very tasty and delicious. Thank you Trend for such an amazing experience.

If I could give this Resturant 10stars I would. I stumbled upon this place from good old google and figured why not. Ziggy our server was AMAZING it was my fiancé and I’s first time and he was very helpful with assisting us with the menu. Will definitely be returning and hoping to get the same waiter!

A fairly large menu with hot pot, sushi, and chinese offerings. Visited two times in the last month and on both occasions we received superb service and food that was very good with excellent portion size and the quality. I do admit that the chicken fingers and crab rangoon were your typical chinese american fare quality , but thats what you get when you get something basic with so many better things on the menu

I can't believe weekend dinner hotpot buffet doesn't have at least 3 Food materials. and the spicy broth is mild. If you ask to add spicy, they will just give you chilli oil rather than hotpots spicy broth. Won't come back again

Stumbled upon by accident due to our other option closing 30 minutes prior. Overall, great experience, food was made fresh to order. I had two orders of the pork fried rice. Pricing competitive for other options in the area will definitely order more takeout in the future!

My fiancee and I went for Saturday sushi lunch. Ordered the boat for two, not expecting too much as its not a strictly sushi place, and my experience of New England sushi is that it's generally below the par of my native SoCal. I confirmed during ordering that i need GF because i have a raging case of Celiac. The boat showed up with some eel tempura roll, of course, so i sent it back. "So sorry," but it was obvious they were kinda annoyed. Came back with a slapdash rainbow roll, spicy tuna roll, standard sushi and sashimi. None of it had that matte glisten of really good raw fish. Undeterred, we grabbed the supplied plastic stix and dug in. I wouldn't generally start with octopus sashimi, but I didn't feel like i was going to find a lot of subtlety, regardless, so whatevs! "Oh dude, this is bad fish," I thought, before sinking into the hobson's choice of picking up and leaving, only to return to what may become a quixotic quest for mid-day metrowest sushi, or staying and eating what may average out as "edible" raw fish. My fiancee noted as well the subpar fish quality. We quickly decided to just finish the meal, as we were both too tired from long weeks to deal with the hassle. We'll just eat it, we decided, and as long as we don't get sick, we'll call it a win. Right as I was finishing the last piece of "salmon", my fiancee's face started to turn a bit ashen. "Oh I don't feel right..." Needless to say, by the time I was talking to the manager, she was face deep in the toilet, exhuming whatever bit of bacteria had slithered its way in upon the back of a wayward fish carcass. (My own biotic exodus would come later, by the way, and via the opposite route...) My discussions with the manager were fruitless. His response to my demand that we should at the very least not have to pay the check appeared tempered by prior rounds of litigation: "Pay the bill now. Take your girl to the hospital; if you get a note that says the fish made her sick, we'll reimburse you." I paid the bill, helped my quavering fiancee to the car and drove home. Was this the worst sushi I've ever had? Yes!!! Even worse than Tokyo Delve's in North Hollywood,CA. At least at the latter you get a song and dance and enough sake bombs to kill anything that moves inside you. This place was just sickening.

Awful. I got food poisoning from the sushi. My husband is gluten free, and we made that clear but they served us rolls with tempura any way. I'll never eat here again.

Pretty good! First time trying it out! Instructions were definitely unclear at first but it'll be a breeze doing hotpot next time! Fresh meats and veggies. House broth was a bit bland so I'm definitely trying another broth next time! Had an order wrong but that's fine. Mistakes happen and as long as you're a kind soul, don't give the guys a hard time. Will be back!
