I don't leave bad reviews often but when you're standing at the counter for 15 minutes being ignored it feels bad. I had to ask someone to come take my order and then waited an additional 5 minutes before leaving.

Seams not organized well Machine ran out of Coke was told cartridge is being changed finally after 20 minutes got the soda I didn't want to go somewhere else By the time I would have gotten my money back would have been most likely the same amount of time I had to wait for the soda

I went to the drive thru the other day and they had some dumb AI ordering system replacing humans and it yells at you at top volume, talks over you, repeats asking you the same question over and over, asked if I wanted a combo with the first order I made, but not with the second so I had to ask the cashier. I asked her if it could be turned down cuz it was insanely loud and she said no. Will not be going back and I used to go about once a week. Ridiculous.

Unless you have 30 minutes to wait for burger and fries don’t visit. Staff is both understaffed and extremely slow.
Known as the worst wendy’s of the 2 in fham/natick.put in a mobile order around 8pm and waited 25 mins for a combo meal and only got one item correct.

I went for a quick lunch with my brother and cousin. We had good food and frosties! The service was fast & the restaurant was clean. I think Wendy's has good food at a reasonable price.
