Zaftigs has always been my go to place if I wanted an authentic, tasty pastrami sandwich. I has been several months since visiting so I was very much looking forward to one of those great sandwiches. Sadly the food was terrible. The meat was like rubber and did not taste right. I had the regular pastrami and my wife had the lean. We both could not believe the poor quality of the meat. It was not always like this. Things sure have changed for the worse.

Love the food here when I want something good and fresh, always good quality and great quantity for a good price. Great service and never upset when I leave. Drinks are nice and cute cool vibes, good to get a bite with someone and a little group. Nice for kids and family. Would recommend 👌 👍

This establishment has lost its way. It was at one time a real gem. Great Jewish Deli. Now it is anything but great. The Reubens have been terrible and the hash and eggs for $18 is robbery at best. Very low value for the price. Have tried going back 3 or 4 times for redemption but always the same outcome. DisappointmentI

I am from New Hampshire but I met my son and family at zaftigs for Hanukkah. It exceeded my expectations. The food was great. The service was amazing. If you are in the Natick area and like a good delicatessen stop in. You won't regret it.

Zaftig’s is an absolute must-stop in the MetroWest Boston area, especially if you love Jewish-inspired comfort food done right. The matzo ball soup is classic and deeply comforting, and the breakfast menu is incredible; the stuffed French toast alone is worth the visit.
Everything feels generous, thoughtfully prepared, and rooted in tradition. As chefs visiting the area, we were genuinely impressed by the quality, flavor, and consistency.
A standout spot for breakfast, lunch, or a nostalgic, satisfying meal!!!

Please, buy an ID guide. This is wild. Someone’s lack of knowledge and inability to use resources such as google should not cause me discomfort. I work overnight, morning is night time to me, why are you gonna be judgy of someone ordering a mimosa? That’s beyond me. Take it off the menu if you don’t want people ordering it. By the way a green card is valid for 10 years, as well as a passport.

Great food at good prices and good service. My girlfriend & I come here occasionally, but when we do it's always worth the effort.

Today has been my first time going to this restaurant in a couple of years. I don't know what has happened but saying the food has gone downhill might be giving them an upgrade. The chopped liver is a dark brown like dark dark brown I've never seen chopped liver this color before. Definitely not a Jewish recipe. The saltiest on tasting chopped liver I have ever tried in my life. It is no longer Jewish food in there. There is not a Jew out there that would make that chop liver for any holiday taste like this. And the Reuben. The meat is like rubber I have to not just bite down but have to use my fingers to rip it apart I can't even finish the sandwich like this I now have to use a rigid knife and fork. I could have sworn there was Russian dressing That was supposed to come on here. When I saw the sandwich it looked dry as hell so I asked for extra dressing and tell me why when I got home and opened up my bag I have a white little cup that looks and tastes like tartar sauce. If you have ever been to this restaurant in the past before it was sold off you remember what the food was like. You shouldn't go back you're going to be disappointed. My feelings are a little bit hurt. My cholesterol is going to be crying because it's chopped liver and my jaw hurts from taking two bites out of this dry sandwich. I would never recommend this restaurant. And if you know the previous owner is that they are still around send them in to go see what has happened. Tell them to order the chopped liver and a Reuben
