I waited 35 minutes for a UNTOATSED bagel. I would say 20 people got their food before me. So unorganized - for a bagel I should not being waiting this long. Do not come here if you’re looking for a quick breakfast.

Idk why everyone says cafe fresh over this place. Been going here for decades and still the best bagels and the staff/ person I assume is the owner are always pleasant and welcoming. Try a BEC on a cinnamon glaze-trust me

The bagels are truly fantastic. They’re very reminiscent of NY bagels which are hard to find here in Ma.
People were friendly and the bagel selection was vast: even cheese, salt, chocolate chip, multigrain, etc.
My one complaint is that the cafe has a broken elevator, so there is no accessible entrance. People volunteered to help me up and down the stairs. I just wish the elevator had been working.
Really good bagel place. Got a breakfast sandwich as my Father worked out at PEX down the street. Had a solid breakfast. Will go again.

This place deserves a Michelin Star. Yes, a breakfast sandwich is a simple thing, but wow, this place crushes it. Absolutely amazing. It's so good I'm writing a review. Would eat again. Wish I was eating a sausage egg and cheese on a salt bagel right now.

Very pleased to have found this place. What a cool and friendly spot. Overnight stay in Needham for the first time, and needed some good food to-go before heading home at 7AM. Enjoyed the place so much I decided to stay-in for my breakfast sandwich. I think nearly every person that walked in was welcomed by name. Genuine interactions, happy customers, excellent service, and - a TOP tier - excellent bagel sandwich. Sausage egg and cheese on an everything, and it was one of the most enjoyable I've had anywhere. About $10 for a great breakfast, and just a really nice place to be for a half hour before getting on with the day. My heartfelt thanks to the employees, who run a wonderful and welcoming place. I've added this to my list of favorites, and will be back - without a doubt.
