The bagels are truly fantastic. They’re very reminiscent of NY bagels which are hard to find here in Ma.
People were friendly and the bagel selection was vast: even cheese, salt, chocolate chip, multigrain, etc.
My one complaint is that the cafe has a broken elevator, so there is no accessible entrance. People volunteered to help me up and down the stairs. I just wish the elevator had been working.

Very pleased to have found this place. What a cool and friendly spot. Overnight stay in Needham for the first time, and needed some good food to-go before heading home at 7AM. Enjoyed the place so much I decided to stay-in for my breakfast sandwich. I think nearly every person that walked in was welcomed by name. Genuine interactions, happy customers, excellent service, and - a TOP tier - excellent bagel sandwich. Sausage egg and cheese on an everything, and it was one of the most enjoyable I've had anywhere. About $10 for a great breakfast, and just a really nice place to be for a half hour before getting on with the day. My heartfelt thanks to the employees, who run a wonderful and welcoming place. I've added this to my list of favorites, and will be back - without a doubt.

This place is the definition of a great local bagel shop. They take pride in delivering great service and food to their customers. Needham is not an easy town as customers can be a bit entitled but Bagels Best rolls with it. My kids enjoy coming here after school and are treated well by the staff. We love this place and will keep coming back! (for those who dont know the area their is a large public lot with no meters behind the store. you can enter through a back door which is super convenient and you can avoid feeding the meters on the street and instead feed yourself!)
