Great experience with Baker’s Best! Ordered catered breakfast for a business meeting of 12 people. Everyone was really happy with their breakfasts - highlights were the breakfast sandwiches and pastries! Ordering and pickup was super easy. Definitely will be going back for catering in the future.

It’s a shame that after more than 40 years as a Baker’s Best customer I cannot order from the company unless I make an order for over $75. New rule. That’s for pick up, not delivery.
I wanted a couple dozen latkes and a couple other items but it would “only” cost about $60.
I don’t want to order more stuff just to meet the minimum. We don’t use that much stuff.
Lousy way to treat longtime customers.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Baker's Best Catering for a donor appreciation event. Throughout the entire process they were thoughtful and attentive to our needs and provided great expertise when questions arose. The food was phenomenal and service the day of the event was amazing. They arrived early, made everything look fabulous and sent us home with a few surprise sweets. I will definitely use again!

Very helpful staff , placed order for short rib ravioli & cauliflower gnocchi. Everything was delicious. We also ordered the bake at home chocolate chip cookies for dessert which were also great. Will definitely be ordering again.

Got a chicken salad sandwich at a work event. There were tiny, sharp bones in the meat. Also they put grapes in the chicken salad.

We used Baker's Best for a milestone birthday party at a private home. It was planned for the back yard, but weather prevented it. The planner had worked with us to develop a backup plan so there was a seamless transition to the rain plan with no extra stress. The staff that came to the house that day were wonderful, kind and thoughtful - taking care of everything, even running out for ice without being asked! They put everything away at the end of the event and made it a stress free event. The food was tasty, and they provided all the information about the menu and ingredients for those with food allergies/intolerances.
My only negative was that there were some communication issues during the planning process, but nothing that ultimately had huge effect on the event. All of the people I came in contact with at BB were lovely, and I do feel that they contributed to making our event a success. I would hire them again or recommend to anyone planning a party.

The tip top of Boston-area catering. I've worked with them for years in business and private settings and they have never missed the mark. The food is consistently delicious and the staff are just a pleasure to work with. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for. Recently, I arranged an event with Meghan Grow, and she is a total pro and so delightful. Bakers Best is always my first choice.

We used Baker's Best to cater a memorial service at a church. Service was mid-afternoon, so we ordered light refreshments - cheese/crackers, cookies and bars, crudites, and fruit platters. The platters were beautifully arranged and all of the food was fresh and delicious. We ordered for 50 people, but 95 showed up. The platters were very generous so we still had food left over. I strongly recommend Baker's Best
