The waitress was very nice but had 5 tables with no help. The kitchen had 6-8 people standing around while the lone waitress was running around. The food was only warm, had the kitchen staff ran the food when ready it would have been served hot. I find this at all Bertucci's sadly to say.
Food was okay. Prices are great so you know you are getting a good deal. Portions are huge so most of the tables had takeaway containers. I've been here twice and I liked their chicken parmesan the first time. This time the rose pasta was salty and the Alfredo tasted like milk. Their service gets slow during rush as there were only 2 people managing the floor.
They are likely having staffing issues as with most other businesses. Numerous dirty tables, must have had an earlier rush. Food all came out at once and pizza was cold by the time we could eat it.
