My husband hired Chef Mike to prepare a meal for me and my girlfriends for my 40th birthday and saying that everything Chef Mike prepared was amazing isn't doing the food justice. This was quite possibly the best meal I have had in a long time. The flavors were delicious and all of the food was cooked perfectly. The cocktails were also wonderful. My husband and I hired Chef Mike and his amazing team to cater our Christmas brunch party for 40 plus people. They showed up on time and was so organized!! The food was amazing!!! Prime ribs, short ribs, lobster omelette, bacon, sausages and etc! Cooked to perfection! The best part was they cleaned up afterwards so I didn’t have to do a thing.. My guests were so happy and satisfied and so was I! Everyone loved Chef Mike.. such a good hardworking guy! Would definitely use him...
Just had an event catered by Chef Mike- we got four different types of subs, each one delicious! All the subs were safely wrapped and labeled. He also generously provided us with condiments, dressings, oils, and add on's. The food was delivered right on time. Mike was so nice and easy to work with- will definitely use him again!
