My wife and I had lunch. Food was okay. I went to the restroom and observed a kitchen employee exit a stall and leave the bathroom without stopping to wash his hands. I had already finished eating, I felt nauseous. Brought this to the servers attention . Gross! Never going there again.

Their food is amazing. But I got takeout recently and they put their amazing mashed potatoes in a tinfoil package instead of a cup so I had to scrape it out and ended up getting bits in my food. Really weird choice tbh so I took a star off bc the mashed are so good and I wanted all of it.

We had a family reunion in the private function room at Conrad's and it was perfect! It was a great space for our event and the service and food was outstanding. The manager, Lana, was super helpful and accommodative of our needs. Everyone really enjoyed the night!

HORRIBLE FOOD. BE AWARE.. first time at Needham location, party of four. wife and daughter ordered broiled haddock. fish smelled really bad, spoiled, discussing, my wife almost threw up. I can't believe they served that fish. horrible experience. will never go back.

We had a great meal at this new family-friendly spot! The menu is impressively extensive—I had the haddock, shrimp, and scallops, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful.
The real standout was the kids’ menu. It goes beyond the basics with awesome options like steak tips and veggies—such a nice change from the usual chicken fingers!
And of course, dessert at The Cookie Monster next door is a must. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit.

I have been going to Conrad‘s for years. The other locations like Walpole, Norwood, and Foxborough are excellent; however, this location in Needham is absolutely terrible. Our food is always either burnt or unpalatable. It is quite interesting how different it is from the other locations. Unfortunately, this Needham location is the closest one to my house however, I will be traveling to the other locations instead. This location needs a complete overhaul.
