Gravely disappointed in what was supposed to be a fun night with my elderly mother who came for dinner and to see the Winiker band, who perform every four weeks. We are all personal friends of Bill and Bo. I made the reservation six weeks ago because I know it is a popular night. I left a note on Resy asking for a particular table that is best for my mother to be at -- given her age, hearing, and joy of seeing the band. Later emailed to confirm this table the day before, and also spoke with someone on the day of -- all reassuring about getting that table. When we arrived, that table was taken and we were seated way in the back out of range of even seeing the band. They were very nonchalant and not one bit apologetic and said they received no such request.....

Went in for lunch, had the truffle fries as an app and grilled shrimp bowl for the main course. Both dishes were delicious! Service was also good.

We had the mushroom omelette and falafel plate. DELICIOUS! The best, though, were the truffle fries- best I have ever had !!!
We tried Cook for the first time and it was amazing. The food was so good. The staff was awesome especially the bar tender Christy. She was so friendly and introduced us to some delicious drinks. We will definitely be back soon!
We frequent Cook at least once a week. It’s our favorite place in Needham. The staff, the food, the atmosphere never disappoints. Although the entire staff is tremendous, we especially enjoy when Anderson is on the bar. He’s beyond friendly and always attentive. He makes a flawless drink with his rhythmic shaker!! Definitely recommend.

Love their takeout process as well. One star off because last order the chicken was severely undercooked, but otherwise the 20+ orders over past year have been delicious!

Yummy brunch! The photos speak for themselves. I got a breakfast bowl with a biscuit and it was very good. The highlight was the ricotta stuffed French toast. Perfect custards texture and nice fresh fruit. One of the best French toasts I’ve had in a while. The mimosa pitcher was $30 and probably served six full drinks which I thought was reasonable. Everyone in my party cleaned their plate and one even got an order of home fries to go! Would definitely come back here.
