People that works the are terrible with they services right i understand they know ppl that goes there almost every morning cuz it's a school zone but hey I ordered a cold drink the pregnant lady that was at registered could have just made it for me and be it cuz there was no one on the line nop she stood there and looking around until next person arrives the worst part about it there was a guy came after me with his own coffee mug she left the registered and mad he's drink while I was still standing and waiting just for a drink. next about 6kids came after me ordered food and drinks they got served what I'm still waiting then when I confront them about they where like ok!!! like it was normal what they did🙄 never again.

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant but got bacon instead. The woman who served me could not stop talking to her coworkers while filling my order. She could not remember an apple cider donut giving me a frosted donut.

One of the cleanest Duncs I've been in, and thats saying something given that they are normally clean to begin with. Staff is so nice here, and the service is second to none

My family and I ordered 2 avocado toasts and it came completely black and burnt. I wasn't going to let my 7 yr old son eat burnt toast so I went back and asked them if this black toast is even OK to consume. The woman behind the counter continued to say "yeah" very rudely might i add, so I asked her to re-make it. After she made the toast, she tossed it across the table without saying anything, not even apologizing. Terrible customer service, and serving unacceptable food!
