They made my Americano with cold water. The English muffin for my breakfast sandwich wasn’t toasted. I ordered extra cheese and did not get it.
Bad location, I’m not paying $5 for a coffee made with cold tap water!

NEVER go to this dunkin!! i have dunkin almost daily and have never had such a bad experience. apart from taking 5 minutes to be attended to (in an empty store) i asked very clearly for a bacon egg and cheese with no cheese. the sandwich was made with no bacon, which is fine mistakes happen to i ask if i can have it redone. with a very rude attitude the worker reluctantly takes it back, and instead of making a new sandwich adds a slice of cold slice of cheese. i return for a third time saying how i want no cheese and still attended to with a bad attitude, and he throws the cold slice of cheese out, still leaving the one melted all over the sandwich, and will not remake it. no manager to talk to, frustrating experience with very unhelpful staff.

I went today to order a coffee and muffin the guy put the coffee and it was a bag next to it ,he mention with his eyes that this is my order when I went back to my car I realized that I get wrong back when I went to explain to him he said with a bad attitude that “I don’t have time for you,”
i expect that this issue will be addressed with the employee to ensure that no other customers experience such disrespect. Unfortunately, the employee's behavior was not what I would expect from a company known for its customer service.

Incredibly frustrating service. No one speaks English and their ability to multitask seems very limited. They also insist on charging before an order is complete which leads to endless delays. Lastly the traditional donuts all have less frosting than normal - this began about a year ago. We are going to change locations. Ugh.
