Placed a mobile order and waited 15 mins with no employee visible as the only staff was at the general store cash register. When I asked her to cancel the order she unfortunately did not understand English and was unable to do so.

Dunkin donuts is a good place in general, but it has such unhealthy food that I don't go there much at ALL. They put an insane amount of sugar in their drinks, Some of their coffees have over 100 grams of sugar ONE HUNDRED. I don't know who wants to drink half a cup of sugar not me. The only reason I gave four stars was because it's fun to drive past on the highway with the bright colored sign.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love sugar, so not a bad move for a birthday.

The personnel there seem pleasant, and the staff put on gloves before selecting my food order. I purchased a dozen donuts and included 1 jelly donut. To my surprise, there were dark spots on the jelly donut. I thought maybe it was a chocolate filled by mistake, but it wasn’t. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing food from this location again.
