The Polite One
Popular cafe, we sat outside by the road which was fine as the traffic is quite. Lots of food/snack/drink options, clean toilets. I note their sign about not supporting the proposed 2 lane road and removing the on street parking - I couldn’t agree more, the (very nice) atmosphere driving through Needham would be ruined by this proposal and I hope it fails.

Great tasting food and coffee joint conveniently located in the heart of Needham center. The indoor seating area is very small so only recommend for pickup, especially during the winter months. In the summer months you can sit outside which is nice
The best macarons anywhere! Their croissants are heavenly as well.

On vacation from Atlanta...rather disappointed with our start (1 runway open in Boston, 3.5 hrs late), BUT, made our way Geocaching I to Needham and found thisAMAZING GEM. Food: had the Cinnamon Roll (huge and yummy!), Atmosphere: charming as could be and Service: the best! And I must say, the person waiting on us was adorable as could be!!!! If possible, I'd give it 6 stars 😁

The staff here is strangely, consistently rude. I don’t have very high expectations either -just be civil, that’s all. I’m talking about consistently being treated poorly by employees with bad manners who don’t seem to care to do any better.
Stopped by this morning. The boy who made my coffee ignored my saying “thanks” not once, but twice. Isn’t this the kind of thing you learn growing up? So, so strange that someone would think this is an acceptable way to treat anyone.
The coffee is sometimes alright, most times ordinary. The food is nothing to write home about. And the treatment is almost always awful. One thing they had going for them was being in the neighborhood.
Coffee is pretty good but not worth the consistently rude service.

It makes me sad to have to post this because I used to love this place but I’ve been really disappointed with the lack of customer service and quality of drinks lately, the staff especially one of the new baristas is not friendly and service has been noticeably slower. My girlfriend and I have been customers here for a while and sadly will not be coming back anymore after our last experience.
