I love getting my lunch and dinner here. Food is always fresh clean the staff greet you as soon as you walk into the door if they’re not already busy, and if they are they still greet you. Staff is very respectful sometimes they get busy so if you’re ordering, do you order ahead to save your time.

What really stands out though is the team, especially Harla. She's always smiling, super friendly, and really good at what she does. She remembers regular orders, offers helpful suggestions without slowing things down, and just makes the whole experience feel welcoming and smooth. It's the kind of service that turns a quick lunch stop into something you look forward to. Definitely one of the better spots around. Highly recommend stopping in!

I wasn’t expecting to have my second bad experience. Finding an insect in my salad today. I didn’t get any apologies from anyone and that was the most disappointing part. Just lost a regular client.

We love coming to Just Salad in Needham with our mom’s group each week! The food is always fresh and reliable (and I so appreciate how easy it is to find gluten-free, dairy-free, and even soy-free options when needed 🙌).
But I especially have to shout out Marisol (“Sol”) — she is just wonderful. So kind, welcoming, and consistently warm every single time we’re there. I always look forward to seeing her. She truly makes the experience that much better.
