The food is healthy and delicious but the Needham MA location can’t seem to figure out how to handle online orders. Every time I order in advance, when I arrive at the time it should be ready, it’s usually not. After standing around for 10-15 minutes waiting with other angry customers, the order finally comes out. Not fast or a good experience.

I love the food, but apparently the locations in Florida do not accept cash. I wish they would change the policy. I don’t like to be told I have to use a credit card.

Don't bother with a Too Good To Go order. It's a bowl of rice, mushrooms, chicken, and sweet potatoes. Very bland. The chicken was dry and I ate the sweet potatoes, but the plain mushrooms and hard rice were not appealing and ended up thrown away.
The other stuff looked good though, but based on the order I received, I'm not tempted to go back.

Ordered a Crispy Honey Chicken Salad. I was a little surprised that crispy chicken would be gluten free, but allergens were specifically listed, and only said peanuts. Well, it had gluten.

The service here is usually excellent. The morning shift team working behind the counter are always polite and helpful. In particular a shot out to Oscar and Jhon for going extra mile! I come a few times a week and the salad/ grain bowl are always fresh
The noise level with the fans was 65 dB which made it challenging to communicate with the staff. The food is tasty.

Can’t believe I wasted $14 on this…I got the buffalo cauliflower salad. Literally just lettuce, one slice of avocado that wasn’t ripe, and 4 small pieces of cauliflower w barely in buffalo sauce. I’m so disappointed I spent money on this.

This is a great new healthy lunch option! Love the Buffalo Chicken salad. The staff is very nice here. One small notch down for the price, it is rather expensive and I only come occasionally. Otherwise, it's perfect and yes, I will be back.
