A true culinary gem, Valerie has brought French pastry and to a new level in Needham. Her almond croissants, pain au chocolate and other delicacies are pure flaky melt in your mouth deliciousness. I regularly order her confections to take to my home in Florida every time I am here in the Boston area. Excited to hear she is opening a retail outlet! Bon chance!
I have spent time in France ??
