The food was great. The service was quick and efficient. Don’t forget to make a reservation by calling even though it does not state that it’s necessary on their website we arrived and we’re told that they were full, but we were able to sit at the bar, thankfully.

Placed an order for pickup, the food was not ready 15 minutes past the promised time, however other orders placed for later than ours were brought out. There was no acknowledgment or apology, disappointing customer service.

Came for lunch, we were looking forward to ordering Ramen but they were out of the 3 we wanted to order. However, the rest of what we ordered were tasty. I particularly enjoy the Black tea lychee with popping boba. Also, the prices were very reasonable and the service was fast.

This restaurant is consistently excellent! The menu is quite large featuring ramen, noodle dishes, curries, and more. The staff here are all very friendly and even during busy hours the food comes out without excessive delay. The restaurant itself has a cozy atmosphere. If you’re not looking to sit down, it is also super easy to order takeout!

Excellent location and public parking’s just a minute walking distance. The service was fast but our table’s slightly sticky and there were food residues on the chair. We had veg rolls, chicken satays which were alright. We didn’t expect there were so many Japanese ramens on the menu in a Thai restaurant so ordered wonton noodle soup. Unfortunately the noodles and wontons were all soggy but the broth’s quite tasty. We also had BBQ pork but the seasoning’s bit too strong for my likings. I might have to try some other fried dishes next time but overall the lunch was just average.

Great food and service! We enjoy both dining in and getting takeout from Little Spoon. Everything on their menu is delicious but I personally love their Khao Soi.

Our lunch was excellent. The menu is very transparent about gluten free and vegetarian options with multiple choices.

Good is great and it’s a wonderful addition to Needham, but service is variable. Went for takeout earlier this week and had to wait 30 minutes beyond the indicated pickup time before I got my food. There is no space to wait and they clearly get bottlenecked easily

Ordered drunken noodles with crispy duck. Noodles and vegetables tasted like the pan had been burnt and they scraped it onto the plate. Duck was overcooked, completely dry, and unedible. When I complained. They offered to make a new dish. When I politely declined, they only discounted the meal $1.60. Tom Ka soup was decent.

Nice location and atmosphere, but not impressed by the food. For better Thai, try Eggs and Thai in Dedham. Not as nice of a location, but significantly better food.

One of the best Thai food restaurants we’ve found. The vegetables were so fresh and cooked to perfection. Not your typical veggies of baby corn etc.. but real nice veggies

Little spoon is just delightful! The staff are warm, the setting is cozy and relaxed, and the food is all delicious and fresh. We’ve been many times before and I highly recommend little spoon to anyone looking for a great Thai meal, or a dinner in Needham.

Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian dishes or dishes that can be made vegetarian. The fact that the curries have a vegan base is uncommon and amazing.

I made a last minute decision to change my dinner plans and go here while passing by. Staff was nice and establishment was cute but I was disappointed in everything. I tried 4 different dishes, all were very greasy and lacked actual flavor. Not a great representation of Thai food. Unfortunately it was a waste of money and Friday dinner splurge.

My family is a frequent customer of Little Spoon as my children really enjoy the appetizers and noodles. I am hoping this post will be used as a training topic for future staff meetings.

Tonight, we were incredibly disappointed by Little Spoon's customer service. We had three people in my party (myself and my two elementary-aged children) and when we arrived at 5:30PM (early, in my opinion) we were asked to sit at a two-person table with an extra chair pulled up the side. When I asked to be seated at a 4-person table because the 2-person table looked very tight, the host refused. When two other families arrived a little after us (both parties had two adults and one toddler seated in a high chair), those 4-person tables were given to them without hesitation.

We ordered tamarind chicken wings (which are delicious) and when the waitress brought out the dish she accidentally dropped it all over my lap. I was able to transfer some of the wings from my lap back to the plate, but a couple fell to the floor. My dress was stained and reeked of fish sauce. Not to mention the wings were hot! I did not receive an apology, nor an offer to remake the dish fresh for us. When the waitress later brought me the check, I was surprised to see I was charged the full amount of the chicken wings. When I asked the manager why he charged me for the wings after they had spilled all over my dress and dropped to the floor, he said he would "take care of it" but ended up giving me only 50% off the dish. Again, no apology for the spillage.

Additionally, I had asked the waitress to remove my dish (to give us more room as we were seated at a 2-person table and it was tight) but to leave my son's bowl of noodles because he had gone to the bathroom and would be back to finish. After I had spoken to the manager about the wings, I turned around and the bowl of noodles had been cleared. My son was very upset and became clear to me that the language barrier was probably what caused the misunderstanding. The language barrier is totally understandable, but when I asked her to bring out a new bowl, she somehow found my son's previous bowl of noodles that she had cleared from our table (who knows where it was sitting in the kitchen and with what) and brought it back out for him to eat.

As I said, my family enjoys the food so we will continue to be frequent customers. I hope these comments will be used as training points for their next staff meeting. This was a series of unfortunate events in just one evening!
