We went there Saturday afternoon. I ordered my usual, Chicken Subgum Chow Mein and boneless spareribs. The waitress was very nice but limited in the English language. Therein was part of the problem. I did not get what I would consider my usual. It looked like Chop Suey . Not what I am used to. I sent it back and received pretty much the same thing on the second try. The boneless spare ribs were very fatty and not like the ribs I received on prior visits. Also the Duck Sauce seemed to be "watered down" with very little taste. All in all it wasn't a pleasant experience this time. Hopefully it will be better next time.

Good lunch.. we love it..
As a Dasher, I had a very unpleasant experience with this restaurant. The staff spoke with arrogance and were extremely rude throughout the pickup process.
I have been going here since I was a baby. Their Chinese food is the BEST in Needham imho. The staff members are all wonderful and attentive and the atmosphere is foreign and interesting. My best memories are having family style meals with my grandparents and parents here.
Great find. The food seemed high quality and was flavorful but did not seem to be overdone with MSG. The sesame tofu was just the right amount of crispy and not overly breaded like some tofu dishes in Chinese restaurants. I appreciated the colorful, creative designs in the restaurant. We also appreciate that healthy, low cal options have a section on the menu and we look forward to trying them when dieting in the future. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. Thanks for the great experience!
Amazing service. Food was also amazing
Excellent service and excellent food
Always fresh, hot and delicious
Nice specials and good drinks
Nice and quiet place for dinner, wide variety of options. Food was tasty and reasonably priced.
Sesame chicken was good, but the Shanghai noodle with chicken was utterly tasteless and bland. The chicken wings still had remnants of feathers and look NOTHING like the pictures. They are just fried with no sauce and they tasted vaguely like apple cider donuts. Super weird, would not recommend.
Old reliable

Count your change here and beware of the male waiter who hides after taking your cash hoping you will leave without change. He took $20 from me and hid instead of going to the cash register to get my change for a $13 lunch. Too many other good Chinese restaurants nearby to put up with this nonsense.

These were the soggiest chicken fingers I’ve ever had. They were all curled up and damp. Not crispy at all. So sad!
