The restaurant gave my order to the wrong DoorDash driver and let them leave. When my actual driver arrived, there was no food left. Both my driver and I called and even DoorDash support tried to explain the mistake, but the staff refused to remake my order. They were rude, unhelpful, and took no responsibility even though it was clearly their fault. Terrible service and attitude — I’ll never order from here again.

Reminds me of the old school Chinese restaurants of the 80’s that my mom would take us to every other payday. Fresh tasting & delicious, that makes all the difference! You won’t forget this place!! We come here at least every 2 wks and the staff makes you feel like family. They remember your order-which is so endearing! We get pork fried rice (lots of meat, veggies & taste SO fresh, pupu for 2 (TDF). Shrimp w lobster sauce (lots of shrimp!) & rangoons. I eat and say yumm while eating it every time lol. Their drinks are also very very good and I’m not a drinker but their piña coladas are island worthy! I’ll take pics next time to upload.

The food is really great. * I wish they would use paper not plastic containers for takeout - especially for the soups!
We went there Saturday afternoon. I ordered my usual, Chicken Subgum Chow Mein
and boneless spareribs.
The waitress was very nice but limited in the English language. Therein was part of the problem.
I did not get what I would consider my usual. It looked like Chop Suey . Not what I am used to. I sent it back and received pretty much the same thing on the second try.
The boneless spare ribs were very fatty and not like the ribs I received on prior visits.
Also the Duck Sauce seemed to be "watered down" with very little taste.
All in all it wasn't a pleasant experience this time. Hopefully it will be better next time.

I have been going here since I was a baby. Their Chinese food is the BEST in Needham imho. The staff members are all wonderful and attentive and the atmosphere is foreign and interesting. My best memories are having family style meals with my grandparents and parents here.

Great find. The food seemed high quality and was flavorful but did not seem to be overdone with MSG. The sesame tofu was just the right amount of crispy and not overly breaded like some tofu dishes in Chinese restaurants. I appreciated the colorful, creative designs in the restaurant. We also appreciate that healthy, low cal options have a section on the menu and we look forward to trying them when dieting in the future. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. Thanks for the great experience!
