One of the better McDonalds I’ve frequented for lunch. I’ve been here multiple times over the last few weeks and the food is usually hot and fresh (hot fries) which can be hit or miss at fast food joints. The staff seems to have a good system during lunch rush and the wait is minimal even when the drive thru line is long.

It's a shame that McDonald's Corporation, known for serving billions and billions of burgers and making billions and billions of dollars, has not apologized to those they sickened and, worse, the family of the person they killed with their E. coli outbreak. I expect more from this mighty American institution, specifically that its PR strategy would have included at least a little sympathy for the affected families. We are two weeks into the crisis, and McDonald's has not apologized to victims. I suspect this will evolve when the backlash hits their purse.

I ordered from the app and selected (4) on curbside pick up. It took 25 minutes, I watched as people came into the store ordered and got their food before me. This was on a Thursday night at around 7PM. The manager didn’t apologize just said they were busy, I told her I understand but people who came here after me got their food before me. They had forgotten my order, 5 minutes later they came out with my hot meal and my daughter’s happy meal weird. So a total of 30 mins for 22$ happy meal and chicken Big Mac. They did however forget the stickers to my daughter’s Halloween bucket. Which they tried to make up for by giving me two sets. UNREAL.

I had a very frustrating experience with this McDonald’s location. On 9/30 , at 10:33 PM, I placed an order through the app and went to pick it up with a friend, but the store appeared to be closed when we arrived, even though there was no indication of early closure on Google Maps or the McDonald’s app.
We knocked politely several times but were ignored. After knocking louder, the staff finally opened the window, and instead of addressing the situation, they were upset with us for knocking loudly. When we asked why they ignored us when we knocked politely, they said it was because the store had closed. We explained that we had an order to pick up, but they only repeated that they had closed early.
I didn’t receive any clear information about how to get a refund, and we never heard an apology. Shortly after our conversation, I got a notification that my food was ready, which only added to the confusion. This kind of service is unacceptable.
I hope the management addresses this issue soon. If not, I will escalate this to McDonald’s corporate.

They must have a really good water filter cause the ice is really good..you can drink the water when melts it taste so good and not like other places where the water taste bitter so yea...and their ice cream is always good, just wish they bring back the gramma Mcflurry cause what's the problem? lol
