I sat down in their dining room to eat, and the table i was sitting at, I had to clean with napkins. Everything just grossed me out. There was so many of them in the kitchen, just standing and two employees also sitting down, in the dining area also, while they were on their phones. So it’s not like they were busy. I was the only customer in there for the whole half hour. At one point I needed ketchup, so I went up to the counter and asked the lady if I can have some ketchup. She handed me the container of where they store their ketchup and it was mostly empty and couldn’t help but notice how filthy the container was with crumbs all over. It just looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. This is the same ketchup that they are putting in bags with food! They were also leaking? All the packets I got had dried ketchup stuck on them. I didn’t even bother using them. Disgusting! I’ve been at other McDonald’s where it was spotless and you could eat off the floor! Definitely not this one. Avoid it if you can!

Dont change the music you play during the past weeks. Good atmosphere. Only thing is that washing the floors and sweeping them during serving time while eating is so bad, clean before hours or after like other restaurants do. Someone's going to slip on your wet floors while walking with their food in hand and stay away from tables while sweeping dirt off the floor into their faces while eating. Clean before or after hours.

they denied service when we came in before it closed. They were very rude disrespectful and only let us pay in cash and didn’t even let us order. They also wouldn’t let me come into pee While we were already in the building. I was about to pee on their floor. Then one of the workers shoved me out the door and told me to go pee on the curb. I am highly dissatisfied with this location and I recommend that you go Other places so instead of peeing inside, I peed on the roof because they left in unsupervised ladder for a small child like me to climb up.

Missing items it ordered multiple times now only to realize after Iv left and returned to work
One of the better McDonalds I’ve frequented for lunch. I’ve been here multiple times over the last few weeks and the food is usually hot and fresh (hot fries) which can be hit or miss at fast food joints. The staff seems to have a good system during lunch rush and the wait is minimal even when the drive thru line is long.

It's a shame that McDonald's Corporation, known for serving billions and billions of burgers and making billions and billions of dollars, has not apologized to those they sickened and, worse, the family of the person they killed with their E. coli outbreak. I expect more from this mighty American institution, specifically that its PR strategy would have included at least a little sympathy for the affected families. We are two weeks into the crisis, and McDonald's has not apologized to victims. I suspect this will evolve when the backlash hits their purse.

I ordered from the app and selected (4) on curbside pick up. It took 25 minutes, I watched as people came into the store ordered and got their food before me. This was on a Thursday night at around 7PM. The manager didn’t apologize just said they were busy, I told her I understand but people who came here after me got their food before me. They had forgotten my order, 5 minutes later they came out with my hot meal and my daughter’s happy meal weird. So a total of 30 mins for 22$ happy meal and chicken Big Mac. They did however forget the stickers to my daughter’s Halloween bucket. Which they tried to make up for by giving me two sets. UNREAL.
