Got the order right, which hasn't happened at most of my visits to other Paneras recently.

I’m very happy with my food, as always. However, the service wasn’t good, I didn’t receive my whole order ready to go, I had to ask abt it separately, as well as, the atmosphere is a little weird and felt like a buffet.

I have gone to this store many times and never had a problem, however I went there for breakfast for the first time last week and they made a mistake on my order and ended up giving me something I was allergic to. On their app you can input allergens and when I did they informed me their croissants for sandwiches may contain nuts so I switched my order to be on a bagel and marked my allergies where you're supposed to. I was still given a croissant but was on the way to an appointment when I realized it and couldnt turn back. Be careful when you go in the morning if you have allergies and check the order before leaving the store

Employees talking about how much they hate their jobs. Hoping they get fired so they can collect unemployment. Conversation loud enough for customers sitting and eating to hear.. Gavin and some other guy. Makes me wonder about the quality of my food...

The food is fresh and the restaurant is clean.

Parking: Large parking lot shared with a few other stores that aren't busy.

It’s always a good idea to eat normal healthy food in Panera! Oasis in a desert of junk food

Ben and Leidy, who work there, are very nice. The Asiago bagel, Sausage, Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich is amazing. It comes with a nice airline and yellow cheese also.

Food has gone downhill. Salad was tasteless, soup a little better. None of it was good including dessert. And it has gotten quite expensive $20 for half salad/half soup. I will not be returning.

Great location (right off of 128) with plenty of parking spaces. The order is processed quickly and they do a pretty good job keeping an eye on drinks.
Pastries and bread is consistent with other Panera stores.

The store has effectively four seating sections. The small outdoor section is good for a quick bite. It's right in front of the door so I don't think it's that great.
The ones closest to the front door is often filled with students and people doing homework. But it's walled off to other parts in a way that keeps that sound contained. The main seating area next to that have handful of booths and this is where people are often dining.
And last is the back room section. This feels like an area where people spill over into when others are full.
