A little upset about my chicken broccoli soup only thing no chicken if I had to to go back I would break 30 minutes 8 dollars for a soup is crazy and not what I was expecting

Love Panera Bread restaurants, but I usually don't come to them . My niece wanted to come here. No problem with restaurant but for two of us almost $40 just ridiculous. I don't come here she only got a salad. That it. The portion was also small. So sorrybi didn't take a picture.

Joel greeted me with the biggest smile, so polite, unfortunately they were out of bread bowls but that happens. My order was perfect, the place was clean, they all work together as a team. Super impressed with this location!

I’m very happy with my food, as always. However, the service wasn’t good, I didn’t receive my whole order ready to go, I had to ask abt it separately, as well as, the atmosphere is a little weird and felt like a buffet.

I have gone to this store many times and never had a problem, however I went there for breakfast for the first time last week and they made a mistake on my order and ended up giving me something I was allergic to. On their app you can input allergens and when I did they informed me their croissants for sandwiches may contain nuts so I switched my order to be on a bagel and marked my allergies where you're supposed to. I was still given a croissant but was on the way to an appointment when I realized it and couldnt turn back. Be careful when you go in the morning if you have allergies and check the order before leaving the store

Employees talking about how much they hate their jobs. Hoping they get fired so they can collect unemployment. Conversation loud enough for customers sitting and eating to hear.. Gavin and some other guy. Makes me wonder about the quality of my food...
