Cupcakes were excellent! The icing was soft but not overly sweet! Cake was baked perfectly! They have to be eaten immediately or else they tasted a bit dry the next day or two. Lemon drops have a nice lemony flavor but not too artificial, the filling inside the cake was sooo good! Vanilla with sprinkles were my favorite. Oreo cupcake was a bit too filling for me. Overall, the cupcakes were big and delicious! The atmosphere of the place made me happy! Very inviting and joyful!

My fiancée and I are BIG on sweets. And let me tell you, Tigermac’s macarons are transcendent. I have yet to find another bakery that reaches this level of excellence.
In my experience, gluten and nut free desserts have always tasted lackluster. But Tigermac? They might be become the gold standard in allergen free desserts.

As a celiac bride, I was worried that any cake safe for me would be unappealing to our guests. I’m so glad to be so wrong! Addie was super helpful at the tasting and made us an adorable cake to cut. We ordered lots of different flavors of mini cupcakes for our guests and they were such a huge hit that we didn’t get any! They were gone in ~30 seconds! Order more than you think you need, we probably could have gotten double what we ordered.
