Very beautiful place, but I suggest going on an event day-- the older lady running the cider shack will microwave your cider donuts for some reason--eck!
Amazing view and cider. bring blankets in the fall because its outside!!!
Stopped in on our way home from salem. New salem preserves is beautiful. Owner was really nice and all employees we chit chatted with were fantastic. We got two half gallons of cider(going to two different homes), one 32oz of their hardcider. I honestly dont remmeber which I got but I also had a glass while we were there. Crisp, not overly sweet, no carbonation. Was the perfect hard cider. If I visit this area again we will have to stop by.
Amazing Cider place. It's such a great vibe. I highly recommend anyone in the area to order a flight of hard cider and enjoy the view.
Amazing place. The hard cider was great, especially the honey one. There is also a beautiful view to sit on some pic nic tables to enjoy sipping cider.
Great spot for a glass or two of cider!
What a beautiful location! We grabbed some flights and a spot out back, every cider was delicious and it was easy to lose track of time.
Amazing place! This is my new favorite stop after exploring Quabbin trails. The cider is delicious and the owners are very friendly.
I kept seeing signs on the road which peaked my curiosity and lead me to a quiet little cidery hiding up a hill. 11/10 recommend. The view was stunning and everyone was so kind. On top of that, some of the best cider I've ever had. It wasn't too sweet OR too carbonated, something that puts me off from canned cider. Gorgeous property, we even got to see where they do the distilling. Amazing experience, I've told everyone about it! Will definitely be back...

What a gem of a place. Peaceful, great cider, dog/kid friendly, and the owners are kind. The views are spectacular, landscaping is gorgeous! By the way, the owner is 97 yo and running around like she's in her 40's! Recommend place to visit if you are in the area or not. You won't be disappointed!
Amazing experience, cider is amazing! I Loved the variety of flavor concoctions options! Chilling in the old barn/museum taste testing with the owner was a fun experience.
What a beautifully maintained property, right on Nick! Will definitely go back next time I'm through here.
On your way out of town be sure to stop at the Quabbin observatory a few houses down the road. That really puts it all in perspective.
Thank you!

Absolutely love visiting New Salem Cider! The views are incredible and the perfect spot to relax on a summer day. I highly recommend a flight to try the various cider options along with a soft pretzel. And the cider donuts are delicious too!
