A beautiful location with a gorgeous view of the Quabbin Valley. Rustic, colonial New England farm that's worth the drive to find. Ciders are top notch. Great folks.

A beautiful hidden gem in New Salem! To be honest I've never tried hard cider before and was instantly a fan! My friend told me about New Salem Cider a few weeks ago! Having driven through New Salem many times up Route 202 I decided I had to stop by today! They have a variety of goods including hot sauces, apple cider donuts, hard ciders and so much more. I got a flight of hard ciders and they were all delicious! The donuts were also amazing! The views and outdoor seating here all also quite stunning! Such a quiet and peaceful place to be! You would not even know this was here! I I highly recommend anyone to visit New Salem Cider! The owners were also amazing and so welcoming!

An outstanding, pastoral like setting and superb hard cider choices. Enjoying a flight of cider is worth the journey. This is a wonderful experience in a most inviting setting. The view of the valley as you enjoy the cider is a perfect setting for a relaxing time. The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Absolutely recommend. 👍

A must see family farm in the hills of Massachusetts. I bought a jug of the hard cider which was superb. Misses Carol was very knowledgeable on all the products they had to offer from Apple Cider to Rhubarb. I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing a good old family farm.

Very beautiful place, but I suggest going on an event day-- the older lady running the cider shack will microwave your cider donuts for some reason--eck!

Stopped in on our way home from salem. New salem preserves is beautiful. Owner was really nice and all employees we chit chatted with were fantastic. We got two half gallons of cider(going to two different homes), one 32oz of their hardcider. I honestly dont remmeber which I got but I also had a glass while we were there. Crisp, not overly sweet, no carbonation. Was the perfect hard cider. If I visit this area again we will have to stop by.

I kept seeing signs on the road which peaked my curiosity and lead me to a quiet little cidery hiding up a hill. 11/10 recommend. The view was stunning and everyone was so kind. On top of that, some of the best cider I've ever had. It wasn't too sweet OR too carbonated, something that puts me off from canned cider. Gorgeous property, we even got to see where they do the distilling. Amazing experience, I've told everyone about it! Will definitely be back...
