There were 3 of us for dinner and the acoustics there are so bad. I had been there before and totally forgot about that. I probably won't go back because of the noise level and that is unfortunate because the food and service were fabulous. Thank you.
Oysters were shucked terribly found shells and were a little warm
Caviar (OSETRA) bilini tasted like they were cooked in oil not butter. Needed salt. Needed lemon zest.
Uni was okay I felt like I needed to lady and the tramp the daikon.
Tuna Crudo was the best so far but how can you go wrong with black garlic
The beef tar tar was good but the tapioca chip tasted like it was fried yesterday
The porter house was good by far the best item thank god the frites were the best thing I’ve tasted on the menu
I want to know why the I guess dishwasher was squeezing his pimples in the bathroom seemed like the only person trying to do anything. Service was okay in my opinion didn’t check in enough so I could just be honest how I felt through the entire meal.
Brine you need to step your game up I’m not sure if these cooks are capable of what you are trying to accomplish.
We got the raspberry cheese cake and the complimented us a carrot cheese cake thank god I feel like they knew that we weren’t crazy about our experience.
Cheese cake is with frozen warm berries was just okay and the carrot cake was dry.
Please really consider coming here if you actually enjoy food. I wish I could have my money and time back I would’ve went somewhere else. I talked with the line cooks outback to share some knowledge they were receptive but I think they need a new chef. Someone who cares you know. There are people in this world who like food still I’m one of them. I couldn’t be more disappointed
Excellent and personalized service. Waitress was very attentive. Manager came over to talk about our dishes and how the chef prepared it. Cool place!
We had lunch on a Friday. Very lovely table by the window. The oysters were fresh and tasty. The swordfish main course was fried which would not have been my first choice, but it was perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. The service was attentive and friendly.
My husband and I made reservations for Brine for a night out. We predominantly chose brine because of its extensive fresh seafood selections… we went all in on seafood and ordered the Large Tower and a small plate of Octopus. The seafood in the Tower was very fresh, the shrimp were very good…. Not over cooked and great flavors (not strong).
The octopus plate was wonderful, it came with a Cucumber, Celery, Cayenne Butter Hot Sauce with Dill Ranch. The flavors in the sauce was out of this world… I like spicy food and thought the heat in this dish was perfect, not too much to overwhelm, but a nice amount of heat.
We shared a bottle of French rose sparkling wine along with sparkling water. The service was good and the atmosphere was vibrant… it was a little on the loud side due to all the hard surfaces… make sure you sit across from your date so you can enjoy a conversation… overall very good!
Made a reservation here for Mother’s Day. When we showed up at our reservation time we were told our table was not available. We waited an additional 20 minutes and it was still not available after this. We decided to go to a different restaurant and they marked us as a no-show Under our Open table reservation and charged us $80. When I contacted OpenTable, they said that Bryne would contact me and refund my money. I’ve reached out two times since and each time They said that they would take care of it. I still have yet to have seen a refund Or a gift card that they said they would send out immediately. Poor Customer service, it’s too bad because the food is pretty good.
Great experience as always. Service was professional and the food was incredible.
First visit to Brine and enjoyed the food and experience very much. Would highly recommend, even if you, like a member of our party, doesn't eat seafood. All dishes we ate were delicious! Thank you!
I found the food to be just ok. The cod was a tiny piece of fish over a large portion of black beans and the rigatoni lacked flavor and the sauce was watery- small portion for the price tag. Beet salad was very tasty. I probably wouldn't dine here again.
One of the best restaurant around!! atmosphere and the food is amazing and the staff is exceptional!!! Highly recommend it!!

Nice spot for dinner and people watching if dining outdoors. We had the halibut crudo - a table favorite, and a few other dishes(not super noteworthy) but the lobster dish was also delish.

Our second visit, after a precovid introduction to your restaurant. Service was spot on, as were the selections of sea delicacy's. Oysters cold, Briny and delicious. Crudo refreshing and our entrees perfect. Bar cocktails perfection! Dessert menu lacking so we had after dinner drinks. Lovely evening
Brine has something for everyone. Start with some of the small plates great for sharing and then enjoy one of the mains. They have a nice wine and cocktail selection to complement your tastes.

Delicious meal with friends at Brine. Food was incredible. Service was great. We ordered the surf & turf special, duck, lamb and tuna. Wonderful and unique medley of ingredients across all dishes. Highly recommend!
