Personally this is my favorite place for the coffee in downtown NBPT. In regards to the food, I have had a few good pastries, but find frequently that some can be a little bland. The breakfast sandwiches were also fine, they get the job done. Definitely recommend for the coffee though.

This is a great spot for coffee and baked goods! We got the white chocolate raspberry scone and two specialty iced lattes - amazing! The staff was super friendly and kind, they also had a Tuesday special for iced coffee. A must stop when in town. ~Des

Delicious coffee, baked goods and sandwiches! I absolutely love their housemade caramel flavor for lattes, it's addicting. This is also my new spot for BEC's. So happy they have gluten-free options! Very friendly staff, patrons - everyone is always in a good mood.
Changing Tides is a hidden gem! Staff was great, instant acknowledgement, and put down their task to see to me (I came in towards closing time). Tried their new summer Sunrise Tea with homemade strawberry syrup and a multiberry scone. Then I spied some HUGE chocolate dipped cookies that had just come out, and the fella behind the counter was kind enough to see if they were ready for me to take one home (they were!) I am definitely going to go back to try their sandwich selection. Also great to see that they have gluten free options!

I just got one of the new sandwiches from here! So GOOD. I customized it to what I wanted with no bacon and added onions and it was so amazing. I got the sunbathing beauty🤤🤤 I 10/10 recommend and will be coming back for sure. Great for lunch time
