This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience at this chipotle. Me and my sister came in and they literally only filled her bowl halfway. She ordered a bunch of toppings, and they were so skimpy with them. She literally only got four pieces of lettuce that we counted, and it was wilted. I’m usually not the kind of person to leave a bad review however, as I said, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. I even found a chunk of chicken in my queso, and I am a vegetarian. If you’re considering ordering from the chipotle, just go somewhere else.

I swore off this place a year ago... but decided to give it another try today. Glad I did. The food was great... and as I ate here I was watching the staff. They were all working hard and having fun at it too. When there weren't customers at the counter - everyone was actively cleaning and stocking and grilling... it was fun to watch the team effort as they were smiling, joking and getting work done at the same time. I hope this stays this way - I'll be back soon!

I give 5 stars because I support Chipotle but this place definitely needs more work, Meat can sometimes be xtra chewy and sometimes rice is hard and uncooked. I always eat what i'm given but just some advice that hopefully food is always properly cooked and if old or uncooked should be tossed immediately and not sold. Hoping the best for you guys!

The restaurant looked clean, and ordering food was easy because the staff was very friendly and clear. If you want to try the taste of something, they’re happy to help you. The only downside is that you can’t get the amount of ice you want since there’s no self-serve machine. You have to ask for it from the kitchen, and they give you only a small amount.

Why is it that every time I order from this place Something goes bad. I've only DoorDash twice, but if I'm gonna spend $26 on a bowl because I can't leave my house due to my broken leg, I don't wanna get a half assed EMPTY bowl for five more dollars than the actual price. Workers seem lazy.
Quesadilla got wrapped in foil which made it soggy. Rice was packaged in a side dressing cup. Why am i paying full price for this?

Should have listened to the reviews. It’s chipotle, what could go wrong? It’s always a consistent franchise experience I thought. Nope! Now I get to spend 1/2 the day on the toilet. Boo! I advise you pick another location.

I found a human hair in my burrito. Not just found, but bit into. I cut open the burrito to see and the hair traversed the entire length of the burrito.
This establishment/Chipotle was not willing/able to rectify the situation. Evidence proves this location is unsanitary and unhygienic. Chipotle only refunded the burrito and not my full order, which I completely threw away as I could not trust the integrity of the remaining order. I was upset by this… Chipotle offered me a free drink.
If you like unsanitary food and/or human hair, visit this Chipotle!

Everytime we go here it's so dirty and they are out of at least one thing is always sold out. Today was the last straw when they refused to give fresh guac in the middle of the day and instead started scrapping the bottom of BLACK guacomle insisting 'it tastes the same' and wouldn't provide fresh guac even though the container was at the bottom
