absolutely not okay to receive this order as a pickup. barely any rice or steak. I ordered rice, fajita veggies, steak & cheese. can’t believe someone made this and felt it was okay to put into a bag to give to a paying customer.

Please be aware of heavy set individual, looks of Dominican decent ! With my $16 steak when I asked "I that hot or mild sauce?" He said nothing and picked up a whole spoonful (of what I am now discovering is hot sauce) and dumped the whole onto my burrito. I shouldn't have to suffer to eat a burrito and force to eat it cause I spent $16 . The whole point of getting food especially eating out is to enjoy. Not eat something that was ruined all cause someone doesn't know how to listen. Please fix this. It doesn't really matter cause I won't be going there again.
Few days later a fellow employee heard bout my incident, "husky, but built individual" gave me a complimentary burrito with a little mild sauce. It was much better

This is by far the WORST chipotle I’ve ever been to. The food is always poor quality and most of the time they’re not prepared to serve you at any time during the day. They employees are lazy and disrespectful. I will absolutely never return to this location and neither should you.

Stopped into NBPT store 2pm Friday 11/15/24 … omg disgusted 🤢 the server making up the orders thought it was ok to wipe the counter area with her plastic gloves on and then continued to serve the customer in front of me … the whole food area was covered in spilled food … there was a man working at a table behind her and his plastic gloves were black … no serve safe policies there … never ever going back YUCK 🤮

Over $21 for the most pathetic quesadilla I’ve ever seen and a Diet Coke. Absolute ripoff. And the place is totally filthy. Seems like this store has no manager based on what Ive personally seen and other reviews I’ve read. If you want overpriced burritos, at least go to Metzy’s where the portion sizes are decent and the employees have the tiniest modicum of care.

They forgot the rice on my burrito, which only had steak, rice, lettuce, and sour cream on it and they somehow managed to mess up a whole quarter of my order. Very disappointed.
This chipotle in Newburyport took unclean to a whole new level. It was the most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. There were crumbs and pieces of food everywhere. It appears no one cares about cleaning. I watched one of the staff members restock the drinks in a case that had corn and other food dripping down the sides of it. I couldn’t believe they didn’t wipe it down first. I will never go back and I suggest you find somewhere else to eat!

Chipotles are just terrible now. The chicken is always fatty, under cooked and tasteless and they’re always poorly wrapped. 90% of the time the stores are filthy and the staff is unfriendly. I am officially done eating at all chipotles.

This has to be the worst chipotle around. I’ve ordered a burrito bowl there 3 times so far and every time I only get half of my toppings I wanted. They don’t care what they give the customers it’s pathetic. I advise you go somewhere else where they can get you the correct order
