Quesadilla got wrapped in foil which made it soggy. Rice was packaged in a side dressing cup. Why am i paying full price for this?

Should have listened to the reviews. It’s chipotle, what could go wrong? It’s always a consistent franchise experience I thought. Nope! Now I get to spend 1/2 the day on the toilet. Boo! I advise you pick another location.

I found a human hair in my burrito. Not just found, but bit into. I cut open the burrito to see and the hair traversed the entire length of the burrito.
This establishment/Chipotle was not willing/able to rectify the situation. Evidence proves this location is unsanitary and unhygienic. Chipotle only refunded the burrito and not my full order, which I completely threw away as I could not trust the integrity of the remaining order. I was upset by this… Chipotle offered me a free drink.

Everytime we go here it's so dirty and they are out of at least one thing is always sold out. Today was the last straw when they refused to give fresh guac in the middle of the day and instead started scrapping the bottom of BLACK guacomle insisting 'it tastes the same' and wouldn't provide fresh guac even though the container was at the bottom

Guy working was very skimpy on the portion sizes he gave. He seemed irritated and unfriendly. The female staff working was polite and gave normal portion sizes. For the price you pay, you expect to get the appropriate amount of product. Don't reccomend this location.

Go to any other chipotle. The additional time it takes you to drive anywhere else would have 100% been spent waiting for whatever ingredients they are out of.. and trust me, they’ll be out of something. Man this place seems mismanaged.

This place should be shut down! Out of Rice, chicken, and cheese. I got 2 burritos and then at check out they didn’t even bag my items. I had to specifically ask. What an embarrassment.

absolutely not okay to receive this order as a pickup. barely any rice or steak. I ordered rice, fajita veggies, steak & cheese. can’t believe someone made this and felt it was okay to put into a bag to give to a paying customer.

Please be aware of heavy set individual, looks of Dominican decent ! With my $16 steak when I asked "I that hot or mild sauce?" He said nothing and picked up a whole spoonful (of what I am now discovering is hot sauce) and dumped the whole onto my burrito. I shouldn't have to suffer to eat a burrito and force to eat it cause I spent $16 . The whole point of getting food especially eating out is to enjoy. Not eat something that was ruined all cause someone doesn't know how to listen. Please fix this. It doesn't really matter cause I won't be going there again.
Few days later a fellow employee heard bout my incident, "husky, but built individual" gave me a complimentary burrito with a little mild sauce. It was much better
