Horrible Dunkin. Attitude at the speaker when ordering. The drive thru took about 20 mins with only two cars in front of me and messed up my order. Very rude at the window too. Will not go back.

This place is a complete joke. On any given day you’ll spend 20 mins in an inescapable drive thru lane while the workers inside lick the windows rather than do their jobs efficiently. Save yourself the time and avoid this place.

All my bacon was severely undercooked and not only was my bacon undercooked but they removed the cheese and added extra egg when i asked and the lady repeated no egg and I said yes thank you. They by far the worst dunks I. Newburyport if you can go to any of the others this one just wastes your time and money

This is the first review I’ve left for any business, but my experiences at this location have been beyond horrific, and so I felt compelled to post one. Having just gone for a run, I needed to rehydrate and pulled into the drive-thru, figuring it would be a quick transactional with only one vehicle before me. Boy, was I wrong. It took forever for them to take my simple order and forever to make it to the window. The guy in front of me idled at the window for about ten minutes. When it was my turn, I waited in the upwards of ten minutes. Nobody even came to the window to take my debit card. What was infuriating was that it wasn’t particularly busy inside, and the young female employee seemed to be dilly dallying with no sense of timeliness. All I ordered was a BOTTLED WATER!!!! How hard could that be? After about 10 minutes at the window, I drove off. So I just wasted 20 minutes on my life on nothing. The only reason I come to this location is because it’s so convenient to where I work, but it is bar none the most poorly operated Dunkin’s I’ve ever visited (out of hundreds). Shameful!

I actually love this location and everyone that works there except for the MISERABLE older woman they put in the window. Whenever she isn't there I'm actually relieved I don't have to deal with her attitude. She should not be in a customer facing position.
Love pre ordering . Peppered bacon and coffee every morning. Wish they offered a few lunch items tho.

I was just in the drivethru, this older lady with short hair was so nasty; which is such a shame, doesn’t smile, gets angry when you order from the drivethru, god forbid you need a straw, napkin, or anything. Praying she gets through whatever it is that’s making her so miserable.

I should not have to wait 15 minutes in line for a mobile order coffee and when I try to be polite and wished the drive up window woman a good day this morning around 8 am. She just huffed at me and waved her hand at me like she was shooing me away. Miserable people. Be better.
