Honestly some of the rudest human beings work here and the service is slow. I should not have to wait 15 minutes in line for a mobile order coffee and when I try to be polite and wished the drive up window woman a good day this morning around 8 am. She just huffed at me and waved her hand at me like she was shooing me away. Miserable people. Be better.

We came in for a few donuts and some bottles drinks. The cashier was extremely rude, talking to her coworker, literally turned away from us at the register, while we attempted to order, when we asked for one of the butternut donuts, the cashier said, “I don’t Know if we have those, can you go check” to us as if we were her team members, similar with the drinks. As she was finishing our Or she wouldn’t even look at us as we were asking for one more thing. Horrible service. Won’t be coming back. The bathrooms were clean though so there’s a plus

I simply cannot understand the inconsistency with Dunks. I get a large iced latte; the good ones make it in several minutes, the bad ones make it in 30 seconds. Hmmm

I ordered an everything bagel, but got a plain and she goes “well it says plain on the bag” and walked away. like ya because you got the order wrong. Not to mention the other one in the back openly coughing on the sandwiches she was making. Disgusting never again. The one on Storey ave is so much better.

It was my first time using the app and the young woman who took my order was very helpful and understanding.I ordered a small unsweetened iced tea and an egg, cheese and bacon without bread. They gave me two eggs which was nice. I only wish they wouldn't charge full price because it's without bread.
