I don't understand why the workers don't stir the coffee especially when we go thru drive through or mobile order. This time I asked if it was done. I was told yes and guess what it wasn't. I try to tip every time I get a coffee but why should I if I have to finish THEIR job.

The cleanest Dunkin' I think I've ever been in, including the bathroom. Great employees and service; it's the only one that I go to. Thank you to the employee named Nicole; she is always cleaning when not helping customers.

Don’t toss my sandwich at me on the counter then turn your body, no “thank you” “how are you” absolutely nothing except she literally tossed it on the counter. Keep in mind I was the ONLY ONE in there!! I wanted to to tip the guy at the register that took the order but they only take cash, im glad I didn’t because she didn’t deserve anything. I work in customer service as well, and I COULD NEVER BE SO RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!!!! Don’t like your job, leave!
