Handled my gluten allergy so well! They had a list of gf flavors. They also scooped from a new tub with a fresh scoop, and had thoroughly washed hands and put on new gloves. Not to mention they were super kind and the ice cream was fantastic!

Great flavors and helpful staff. My kiddo has an egg allergy and they dont use egg in their base ice cream which meant she had many choices. My son loved his “chocolate milk & cookies”. Five stars for sure.

Harbor Creamery in Newburyport is an absolute gem! I ordered the Maple Walnut ice cream in a waffle cone, and it was perfection. The ice cream was rich, creamy, and packed with the perfect balance of maple sweetness and crunchy walnut pieces. The waffle cone was the perfect addition to my dessert! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the coastal atmosphere made it a fantastic stop while exploring the area. If you’re in Newburyport, treat yourself to a scoop—or two!

We went on a busy day, so maybe that's why the ladies running the show were probably colder than the ice cream. I don't expect a warm hug or a high five, but the mean girl glares were a little icky and we were very nice.There seemed to be a lot of confusion with the orders and my hubby's was done incorrectly the first time and so were a few other people's. I left a 20 percent tip anyways....
That being said, the ice cream was really good, though a bit pricey. I like the organized line situation, but I wish descriptions of some of the original flavors were available and in an easy place to read. It's impossible to guess what some of them are based on the name and even if you want to look at the ice cream in the case, you have to overstep the velvet rope and get in the way of people leaving the register and going to the pickup spot.
Everyone has bad days, so I'll give it another shot.
