First time visiting since moving to Newburyport. Waited 20 minutes in line and another 10 minutes to get a coffee. Not enough service staff. The coffee was good but not worth the wait ☹️

I just had the best brownie in my whole life here at Plume Cafe. Most brownies (and cookies) are so sweet, it's like eating a pound of sugar, but not here. The brownie was perfect - not too sweet and moist (more like cake). It was so good. I had a cup of hot chocolate to go with it, and that too, was very good! The young woman at the counter was very nice and fast. I highly recommend this place!

Plume is the best! I usually get a matcha (sometimes a latte), and it’s always perfect. The pastries are also delicious. Everyone who works here is so friendly and awesome. It’s such a cozy spot with the best vibe!

Single best pumpkin spice latte I have had this season. Fall spiced and not overly sweet. Have been before for a regular latte that was excellent as well.

the large cappuccino was gigantic! pretty tasty too. Service was a bit slow, they were taking the time to do it right, but be prepared to wait for your coffees. Apple cake was ok.
Probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Ordered a banana latte with almond milk. It was all water and super sour. I honestly should have asked for my money back. But tossed it in the trash after leaving the store. $13- such a waste. The vibe of the cafe was super cute but not well maintained. Dirty seating area, unorganized chaos behind the counter.
