Quantity over quality of service. We walked in wanting to get coffee and pastries in a nice cafe, but it was crowded, mostly with people waiting for their orders. It took 10 mins for our coffees to come out due to all the online orders. We got 4 pastries, and they squished them down to make them fit in a to go box. I watched her struggle to close it and just keep pushing it down. So our two croissants were basically flattened. Just use two boxes, if they don't fit!

This coffee shop is in an ideal place to grab a coffee and go walking around the town, and while the baked goods shone, I was disappointed by the coffee itself. I had a latte and it was better than starbucks but nothing to write home about.

Creative Lattes and Gluten-Free Pastries Galore!There were four different kinds of maple lattes last time I went, as well mochas, white mochas, and caramel lattes: I never order the same coffee twice.The Gluten-Free cookies are super fresh, soft, and individually packaged by a local bakery, "Daniella's Dandies".I always leave Plum Island Coffee happy, that's for sure. ?
