I took my mother here on Mother’s Day for a quick afternoon pick-me-up coffee and the customer service baffled me. I’m not picky, I’ve worked in service for years so I understand stress on holidays….but jesus I saw one of the girls throw a straw at a customer and slid her drink so hard it almost flew off the pick-up counter. They messed up our order and sighed when I asked for assistance.

When I am at work, I order Uber eats from this Starbucks all the time, and they never put a straw with my drink. So I’m stuck with a drink WITHOUT A STRAW. And this is every single time. What a joke

Go in at 3 pm on a Friday and wanted to get a bakery item with my coffee since I was a little hungry before dinner. The girl said that the bakery items are for tomorrow morning. I asked why they were displaying them in the case if I couldn’t buy them. She looked confused. I’m confused on why I couldn’t buy them.
Easily my favorite Starbucks location. Everyone is always so friendly and my order is always made to perfection. I also love that they do small simple things that make this location just a little more special than others (Halloween stickers on the cups around Halloween, speciality samples, etc.). Kudos to everyone that makes this location fantastic in every way!

As a Starbucks family in a Dunkin world, we are so grateful we have this location. Staff is friendly and works hard in peak times. They are as fast as they can be. Only recommendation is 1) please open a drive thru in NBPT! They have outgrown the space and usually customers are overflowing. 2) please put a hook on the metal back of bathroom door to hang purses, jackets, etc. Great seasonal drinks and staff will provide recommendations!

This is how dumb these people are. During Covid, I entered through the exit and they screamed at me through their masks, made me leave the store and re-enter through the front. No other customers were in store. Never forget what these loons did to us.
