This place is great!! Friendly staff great milkshakes got the pork belly smash burger! And it was outstanding!! I did ask for no jalapeños, got them anyway. 🤷♂️ the burger was outstanding!! Fries are really good too! I will definitely be back!! $32 for a burger and milkshake is a high price…..it’s Newburyport.
All of the benefits of a classic diner feel (complete with vintage green tones all around) with a menu that combines new and old in a meaningful and delicious way. Prices are more than reasonable and they have a varied and constantly changing selection of food to choose from and enjoy. The fried cauliflower po'boy was a delicious vegetarian take on the New Orleans classic with no flavor lost without having meat. A worthwhile visit!
The Cormorant is a hidden gem! This small, welcoming hamburger joint near Cashman Park really impressed us. One of the owners personally greeted us at the door, sat us, brought us water, and took the time to explain the specials and menu items—which gave the whole experience a warm, personal touch.
