A young ladies waiting on us were all very polite and helpful, helping us make selections and explaining the menu items. Also, which arguably could be the most important... their Acai Bowls were terrific. All their ingredients were fresh, and plentiful. Also, the açai wasn't melted as it is too often art surrounding places.. Awesome Store!

The food is tasty here, we got some paninis for lunch, and they were very accommodating of changes to menu items. The only thing is that the entrance has multiple steps and the doorway is very narrow. Luckily the very friendly staff helped to lift my stroller in and opened up the second door so we could fit inside!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a narrow, stepped entry, and once inside, there is not a lot of space to eat or wait for your order.

Found this gem of a place while walking around. I was looking for a place to grab a sandwich to take with me to sit by the water and enjoy the day. The staff was fantastic, the food was great, and the place was clean and welcoming. The were pretty busy but the service was quick. I would definitely stop by here again.

I made a spur of the moment trip to Newburyport, and I couldn’t be happier that I did! 10/10 recommend The Fresh Fix. I had The Avery Special smoothie which was the perfect balance of banana, peanut butter, and cacao nibs. Not only was I thrilled to see so many options for me with several food intolerances, but I was so impressed by the customer service. It is so apparent just how much love and hard work the co-owners put into their business. They were genuinely interested in my feedback on the smoothie and clearly care about a positive customer experience. While I waited for my smoothie, I had the loveliest conversation with Sophia, the young woman working the register. I enjoyed learning more about the menu and what some of her favorites are. I cannot wait until my next trip and try more of the menu!

Went in for the first time today and it won't be the last! Had a delicious acai bowl filled with deliciousness. Everything was fresh and flavorful..Lots of great choices for breakfast, lunch, or in between. Girls were very nice. Place is cheerful and clean.

I was thrilled to see so many options for me with several food intolerances. It is so apparent just how much love and hard work the co-owners put into their business. They were genuinely interested in my feedback on the smoothie and clearly care about a positive customer experience. While I waited for my smoothie, I had the loveliest conversation with Sophia, the young woman working the register. I enjoyed learning more about the menu and what some of her favorites are. I cannot wait to try more of the menu!

The Avery Smoothie was delicious! The açaí bowl was unreal! Never had açaí the way it was prepared there, almost like a sherbet, delicious and refreshing. Tuna melt was great, pickles and red onion, great sandwich! We all loved it! Thank you and can’t wait to come back. G

When you walk in, this place is absolutely beautiful! They have a gorgeous mural painted on their wall from an artist who lives nearby. Upon admiring the art, I was taken back by how good it smelled. I ended up getting a delicious breakfast sandwich for an incredible price! Everyone that I spoke to was extremely kind and super helpful…not to mention they made a mean breakfast sandwich! I definitely will be going back and making this cute little shop my new breakfast or lunch stop whenever I’m in the area.
