Food is good, but it is often too salty for my tastes. We enjoy the dim sum dishes, but it can be hit or miss as far as liking something enough to order it again. I guess, like any Chinese restaurant that I have been to in the area, there are some dishes they do well and appeal to my taste and other dishes that do not.

I am glad Ding’s is back in business, this is some of my favorite Chinese food in the state, it is as good, if not better than my favorite restaurants in Chinatown. Food is not only delicious but prepared rapidly and the wait staff is equally awesome. It can get pretty busy here, so best to come during off hours or you may have to wait for a table.

The worst takeout I've ever had.

Chicken wings: Ok, not crispy
Pork pot stickers: Tasted like cardboard
General Gau's beef: A weird gelatin texture, no taste
Orange Chicken: No taste

The food was mediocre, at best. The Governor's chicken was stale/soggy, which leads me to believe that it was not cooked to order. Many of the dim sum plates were previously frozen items not freshly made in house. Better food elsewhere.

On point and close to home.

The coconut chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had and has me thinking about it ever since. The Lobster fried sticky rice and the others were also super yummy. Will definitely go back when I’m in the area again.

Today my order was taken wrong and the chicken fingers are horrible. Chicken fingers are oily and not cooked at all, the coating is uncooked and raw. They are very busy, so doesn’t even take the order properly and cook properly. I don’t recommend this place

I got take out and I wished I took a picture before I threw my food from disgust. I had the Singaporean stir fried rice noodles, the flavors are all there but unfortunately there was something extra that crawled in. There was a ROACH, a big one too. It was gross and I had ate some of before discovering it at the bottom of the container. I would think they would make sure their food would be clean when they had to close down previously due to sanitary issues but obviously they don’t care.

Fast service, decent main menu dishes. Unfortunately their dim sum menu was very disappointing—supermarket freezer quality on pretty classic orders like soup dumplings, some ‘steamed’ dishes coming out cold/dry or baos coming out with a hard shell. Tasted not fresh! Potentially could be a good experience only ordering off main menu but I will not be returning to see.

Hair in food, gunk in cups, Is it any wonder that this place was forced to close due to gross sanitation violations, reportedly twice. Nothing has changed when it reopened. Food doesn't even taste good.
This is one to avoid. We only went back there because a friend picked the place and booked a table.
