They lost the cake that we pre-ordered and did not make a good faith effort to reimburse us. We called twice beforehand to ensure the cake would be ready before a certain time. They also did not write anything on the cake, even though we requested it. It was just disappointing because it was my best friend's special birthday.

Came to order a cake, milk bread, and a latte. The person taking my order did not hear that I ordered my latte with oatmilk and almost started making it with regular milk but luckily I was paying attention. My favorite cake here is the blueberry yogurt cake. I can’t wait to go back for more treats.
I bought a small loaf of bread and 1 slice of green tea cake. For only 18 + USD?! No wonder your store was empty in Newton .. Btw, no flavor of green tea whatsoever just whipped cream?

Was excited to find tous les jours in newton last summer but left with very distasteful experience. Gnats flying around inside the display case, pastries were mostly dried up and burnt, unfriendly and rude kids working behind counter, rushing us to place order. The girl making our drink was wearing wrinkly, unappealing pajama shorts which is not appropriate for food service dress code. All tous les jours staffs wear uniforms and hats to serve customers. This location was definitely not on par with original Korean tou les jours brand quality and service standards as founded by the South Korean franchise.

The staff were dismissive and rude. They forgot to make my drink order (everyone behind me got their drinks) and when I politely followed up, they were full of attitude. I normally have decent tolerance on wait time and mistakes but their poor attitude was very off putting. Do not recommend.

Holy prices Batman...I was at Coconut next door and figured I'd buy a desert.Bought a blueberry cream cheese danish ... 4.90 Little cake slivers 9 bucks each... for a voracious appetite like me ... 2-3 slices that sliver size of that needed would cost me 27 bucks...big store to spend day in nice cool place with internet and bring your own lunch or desert and order a glass of water ... so one guy who looks a fixture using free internet and wasn't eating anything...
