I ordered a burrito bowl online for pickup. When my husband returned home it was missing half the ingredients. The ingredients that were there was such a small amount. Not even a full scoop of beans or cheese. The bowl was a quarter filled. Very disappointed!! When I called to inform the Newton Highlands location they picked up the phone and hung up multiple times prior to me even speaking a word!! Unacceptable customer service!

Definitely got a horrible case of food poisoning from my burrito here. I got the chipotle chicken, and as you can see in the picture, the chicken is very pink.

This was an old favorite from our previous time in Boston. Wow. Time has not been nice to this place. The service was so bad that it was almost impossible to get a burrito that you actually wanted to eat. They charged for "extra" cheese on a burrito that includes cheese. It was, in short, a complete waste of time and money. Boston now has better options for burritos. Don't go here.

Today I went to the Taqueria, it's not the first time I've been there, they always serve in a bad way, this time I ordered tacos, I was viria and it was burnt, smoked, the dry tortillas stunk, they didn't want to give me the money back or give me something else, they got angry but something can't be done. eat that even the stomach burns and another day I was hairy in the food that is not hygienic I am sorry but I do not recommend this place at all

I've ordered from here twice because I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. The food is good but they charge extra for ingredients and got my order wrong BOTH times. It's not even close. They just leave out things and add random things. It's so sad because the food is good. But I pay extra for things and then they aren't in the food when I get home. It seems like a scam.

Love it - carnitas are the best! Basic decor but it's not a fine dining spot. Take out and eat in is good. Friendly staff willing to accommodate custom orders in large quantities. A great option for a hungry family.

I love this place so, so much. I have been having lunch there for like 15 years now. I still have not gotten gotten my fill of it. If I'm normal hungry, a regular burrito is the perfect size. If I'm famished ,the super burrito hits the spot perfectly. I'm honestly a little afraid of what the "super-super" burrito looks like. Each time I'm in line, I hope the person in front of me will order one just so I can see it .

Do not order from here. That can't keep track of food with traffic. You walk in there and there no one sitting eating and 50 Uber drivers standing around. This is rediculous. It's 45 minutes later and they haven't even started. Zero stars because I never got my food. My family had to eat azzjobs, can't wait around all day for you do whatever it is your doing.

The space looks fine, the service isn't terrible, but also doesn't really exist in that this place is run like it fast food. The real problem is the food. I have eaten here 3 times now, and I've regretted it every single time. The food is awful. There is no flavor in anything they serve. They make Chipotle seeming like a gourmet chef experience. They over charge for what they serve and what they serve is an embarrassment and an insult to the cuisine they pretend to represent.

Wish I didn't have to pay for extra rice, but regular equal to chipotle any day and feels like better

While I can't speak to a lot of the menu, I can say that this place has some pretty fantastic tacos. Fair warning, though - this is a counter serve place (think Chipotle), so the lines can get long, especially if folks in front have elaborate orders. All the same, it seems like a great lunch place - very chill, very airy, very friendly.

2.5 stars. I've been coming to Anna's for 24 years. First the beacon st location and now here. The prices have creeped up and the quality has gone down. I keep going for nostalgia sake but each time I leave dissapointed for one reason or another. This time I'm writing a review to hopefully hold myself accountable and just not return. This time I got a birria burrito. The steak was incredibly fatty with entire pieces being just fat, making me spit it out (fun). There was zero seasoning, sauce or marination resembling birria. I had ordered my burrito with hot sauce and habenero hot sauce, neither was used. The jalepenos were in the dead middle of the burrito only. When I picked it up, I was basically ignored. Here's how the counter interaction went:Me: "Hi, pick up for Jonathan"Her: "Jonathan?"Me: "Yes."Proceeds to speak to her collegues in spanish as she silently packs my order. No, "I've got you right here, let me pack it up." No, "here you go, thanks for coming." She just slides the burrito to me without a word. All the care and attentiveness that was reflected in that interaction is reflected in the quality, accuracy and taste of the burrito I ordered. I'd like you to do better, but I've seen Anna's evolve over the years and I don't have hope.

Solid burrito, mediocre service, convenient and quick wait. Overall a solid burrito place.
