Came at 7:15 and didn't get food until 7:50. There was only one other person in front of me and she got her order right away. Instead of prepping my order, the three staff people were too busy cleaning and getting a head start on leaving early even though the place didn't close until 8. When I got my food, the chicken tenders and fries were burnt because one of the prep person forgot she put them in and was busy sweeping for 15 minutes. Also my salad had almost no cheese even though that was the main component advertised.

I have come here frequently but today i was disappointed. I ordered online, was messaged that my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived (30 minutes later) it had not been started. I was in a rush but stayed for them to make my order I restated verbally I that I did not want bacon. And of course, has a bite into my order, that's exactly what I found. Smh

I feel bad that B.Good couldn’t keep up with their concept and reputation they had when they came out into the market in Boston. I walked in and should have walked out. Or read the existing reviews. The location was borderline disgusting. Floors were coated in grease and so was the door to get in which I gave them a pass for then I noticed that the lack of cleanliness continued throughout the whole space. There was also no one else there at 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Which is ALWAYS a clear sign. There seemed to be no manager on site. It just looked so run down. Almost to the point where it seems like they are just operating until their lease runs out. Food was sub par. I had to ask them to remake my salad w lettuce that wasn’t old and brown. I asked if there was a manger onsite and they said no. I advised them to stop serving old lettuce. Unfortunately I just would not bother with all the other food options available. Explains why both Back Bay and Seaport locations closed. Sad to see this local concept fail. We used to be huge fans when they started.

I order a chipotle chicken sandwich and they give a old sandwich, I always get the same sandwich here and always is nice but these time is old sandwich that is for some other order and they take out from the package and just look if the lettuce and tomatoes are not old and put in the plate, I saw and ask if the sandwich was old but they said no and when I bit the chicken is cold and the sandwich is old, hope you guys don’t do these with other person, not very nice !

Found my first experience to be messy and unhelpful anf frustrating. They were out of ingredients in the comfort bowl so instead of calling at the number I gave for the online order they replaced the apples and sweet potato with carrots and zucchini. This is a weird combination and when I called to asked about they didn't care and didn't offer help. Wouldn't even give me a refund if i brought back, said I had to go thru the website and no manager was available all day to talk to. Moral of the story if help yourself out and don't order online
