Their chicken piccata is a crime against humanity. It came with zero sauce on it. I ended up using the chicken cutlet for the Caesar salad that was included which was basically just romaine and soggy croutons. Sadly, the best part of the meal was the Caesar dressing.
I ordered it on Grubhub and it arrived on time. Maybe you’ll have better luck if it was dine-in, but what I got was awful. I ended up eating the chicken cutlets and discarded the pasta. I was better off just flushing my $26 down the toilet.

This review is for the Newton location on Centre St. We hosted a little get together to celebrate my daughter's birthday with her friends. The service was top notch - everyone was friendly, courteous and tried to give the kids a great experience. The food was delicious. All in all, I recommend this place.

Only two female servers working tonight in a rather large restaurant that was moderately busy and they handled it with calm and efficiency. Shout out to Erika, and I'm sorry I can't recall her coworker. She was quick and curious as well. And oh, the food was great too. We had a plain large pizza with pesto, 4 cheese ravioli, and a salad.

I ordered a Margherita pizza, and as you can see in the photos, it looks nothing like what it’s supposed to be — it’s definitely not a real Margherita pizza. I’m sharing the pictures so you can compare what they advertise versus what they actually deliver. I called the restaurant, but they didn’t refund my money. Very disappointing experience, and I definitely won’t be ordering from Bertucci’s in Waltham again.
