Awesome atmosphere to this place, great vibes. The food is also fantastic, I got a burnt ends sandwich which came with 2 sides and everything was done perfectly. The Manager Ruben is just as great, kind to the customers and helps provide the sense of hospitality that a BBQ spot needs

expensive for just decent food. portions were a 8/10, the brisket was a little dry but still good, the ribs are a waste of money, they come with almost no meat. the sausage is really good. the sauce is also great.

Brisket with most of the fat left on was ok, nothing special as compared to past times. Jerk chicken was dry and tasteless. Mac and cheese seemed to have zero seasonings and minimal cheese. The beans were excellent and the pulled pork good. Just a disappointing visit and the food is just subpar.

The smell is fabulous when you walk in. Delicious pulled pork and great choice of sides. They had pickled beets today. Only downside to this Virginian was the sugar in the cornbread. But I know opinions vary on this, even in the South.

We'll be going back here. I should have known there would be a problem as soon as I read that there was gravy On top of their dirty rice. The pork ribs were the best item I had on my meat trio. They were seasoned nicely and tinder. The brisket was tough and the fat had not rendered down properly. There was not much of a smoke ring and I was missing pepper on the bark. Basically there was no bark. The pool chicken had a very interesting flavor that I was not used to on barbecue. It would be better suited for a taco. I had the collard greens. I'm a southern guy. So I like a little vinegar, counterbalance with a little sugar. They gave me basically greens in water.

Pulled pork was inedible. Didn’t even taste like pulled pork. Brisket tasted more like browned corn beef. Didn’t even get a fork. Disappointed to say the least as I haven’t been here in quite some time.

Amazing bbq food the ribs and pulled pork sandwich was cooked to perfection pulled pork was flavor full and juicy and the ribs were out of this world they have a great team and store owner highly recommend
The food is decent mid BBQ. I live in the area so that is really the only reason I go there. Portions are pretty generous. Burn ends weren't really burnt it tasted like regular brisket. The service is REALLY bad though. The big dude behind the counter seemed like I was inconveniencing him by being there.

Tried for the first time today. VERY GENEROUS portion for the 2 meat plate, soooo much brisket and burnt ends and veggies that I’ll be eating for the next 2 days!! Fantastic quality all around and cool atmosphere. Will be back.
