The Newton location of Cafe Sol Azteca is charming, from the outdoor patio, to the tastefully decorated interior. The food is great! The salsa is incredible. My go to meal is the chile relleno (primarily with their tomato sauce). I think there can be two different green sauces, one I love, and one, not so much (I think one comes with a full order, and one if you get half green half red, if that makes sense). Others I dine with also often express how much they love their meals there.

Great location for my daughter’s 15th birthday party! The service was amazing, very friendly and professional, food was very good and tasty, live music and a nice vibe and the owner went above and beyond to make this a memorable experience for all! Highly recommend it!

This is my God-child's favorite place to eat, and for our celebration meals we always go to Cafe Sol Azteca! The service is fantastic and the food is always quick and delicious. One night when the place was very crowded we were very late due to traffic. They were so gracious and held our table. Great Margaritas! Endless chips and salsa! Guacamole is perfection!
