It's a sad chipotle. Every time we go they're out of something basic (chips, kids tortillas, black beans, etc) and the meat tends to be a bit over-cooked. I love a good chipotle restaurant, but this one isn't it.

It used to be a good place - over the last couple months they reduced the amount of food in bowls. Every time I have to ask for more rice and meat and then they charge you for it. I only want to get the same amount as they use to give and the service and attitude got worse. I hope they will solve it soon otherwise there are alternatives in the area like tango mango and Anna's Taqueria.

Time and time again this Chipotle fails miserably. Spent $50 for 3 entrees for delivery today and not a single one was made correctly. This shouldn't be a game of roulette. Follow the order selection, it's pretty straight forward. What an absolute waste.
I think the cooks made a mistake and put in 10x the salt into the black beans...... it's basically non edible...

This chipotle is the absolute worst. It is the closest to my house. I know the volume of customers is heavy, but every time I go there, they only have guacamole for takeout orders. So I end up having to leave and drive to Dedham, where the lines are equally as long and they always have guacamole.
