Went to grandmas kitchen. They were rude and basically kicked us out. Went next door. They served us well and nicely. Got bubble tea but it wasnt the best Ive ever tasted but it was good nonetheless

OMG! You guys have no idea how great this place is. The aesthetic is chic! Very calm and soothing environment. There's classical/ soft jazz playing in the background. The Owner is very welcoming. The treats are out of this world! My girlfriend and I had a Mango boba, it was delicious, so good that we thought we were drinking a desert.

It's a cute bakery with a small selection of baked goods and a few boba options. They ran out of the orange fruit tea when I went so I opted for a jasmine milk tea and tiramisu.The boba was pretty standard, nothing special, not too sweet which is how I prefer it. The tiramisu was okay, but nothing notable and likely not something I'd get again here. The prices are a bit up there, but not a place I'd go out of my way to visit.
