Delicious fresh mochi! Highly recommend. I never been to Japan but I would bet it’s as good as this. So tasty and soft and tender! Took me by complete surprise and super yummy in the the afternoon

The young guy is supposed to make my mochi but he was just jabbing with his other co workers the whole time instead of of focusing on his job - making the mochi mochi for the customers. Honestly when handling foods, they should wear mask or mouth covering or limit on talking when making other people foods.

The hype is truly worth it. Delicious and fresh mochi! They have pre-made options and made to order options as well. I got the Matcha Mochi from with rice powder and my friends got Peach with Oreo dusting. Absolutely delicious, super soft and chewy. They also serve mochi donuts, drinks and other bakery items so there is definitely something for everyone. The service can take some time if you are getting made to order item but it’s worth it trust!

The mochi here is so special, even better than the fresh mochi shops you find in flushing NY. It's a one woman show in the front of house though so please be patient and expect a wait when it's busy. Or order ahead online. I think she takes orders over the phone too.

I feel like the quality had went down after the increase in popularity from tiktok. The make your own mochi pricing seems to have changed and the mochi has gotten smaller. The wait here has been notoriously long. I think they need to train their staff better or hire more people to accommodate for the amount of customers on the weekend. Last time I came here, it was a 40 minutes wait just to order. They had two people working and only take one order at a time. Since a lot of people were buying the make your own mochi, they would wait until the mochi is finished before getting the next order. This took quite a long time to get through all the customers. I wish they had a separate line for the make your own mochi customers or have a separate waiting section so the staff can move on and help the following customer check out.
