I watched him handle pickups, discounts, and even a last-minute order change with total professionalism. For a fast-casual spot, the level of training and hospitality here is always impressive. We went there tonight after a late hockey game and a tired 14 year old (grumpy) hockey player. It was very busy, people eating inside, people standing in line to order, people waiting for food, uber eats delivery people waiting for their pick ups and whatever else was going on!! It was extremely hectic looking, but it was actually very impressive watching the cashier JACOB do it all! He went in 1 smooth circle between all that needed to be done and honestly he handled it like a rockstar. I don’t typically take the time to search a receipt for a feedback link or a QR code to share my experience, but I absolutely do believe that this young man deserves a raise or a free day off or even just a meaningful “amazing job” by his employers! On the drive home I asked my son if it had the info on the receipt to leave feedback and he said “yes and make sure my boy Jacob gets a shoutout”. So definitely a positive experience all the way around! We don’t stop at this location often after games, it was our first time but we will 100% be back again!!! Thank you Jacob and fantastic customer service!! 100 stars!

I want to like Dave’s hot chicken so much more but there’s just some kind of an issue with the chicken. I don’t know if it’s underseasoned overcooked a poor quality cut that’s sort of not really tender and juicy but yeah it’s pretty good. It’s just needs the finishing touches to be excellent.

The first few times I went here it was amazing, but recently the quality of the chicken has dropped a bit - not as juicy as it used to be, and the seasoning doesn't have the same kick.
This was my first time ever eating Dave's Hot Chicken it was actually amazing and it was a great deal two sandwiches with fries for $14 I ended up sharing one of the sandwiches with my son in today's economy this was a great share
