The service from the cashier Josh was incredible. He greeted every guest with kindness, patience, and clear communication. I watched him handle pickups, discounts, and even a last-minute order change with total professionalism. For a fast-casual spot, the level of training and hospitality here is always impressive. Great staff and great experience every visit.

We went there tonight after a late hockey game and a tired 14 year old (grumpy) hockey player. It was very busy, people eating inside, people standing in line to order, people waiting for food, uber eats delivery people waiting for their pick ups and whatever else was going on!! It was extremely hectic looking, but it was actually very impressive watching the cashier JACOB do it all! He went in 1 smooth circle between all that needed to be done and honestly he handled it like...

I want to like Dave’s hot chicken so much more but there’s just some kind of an issue with the chicken. I don’t know if it’s underseasoned overcooked a poor quality cut that’s sort of not really tender and juicy but yeah it’s pretty good. It’s just needs the finishing touches to be excellent.
