We placed an order for pickup that included three salads, and unfortunately two of them were spoiled and inedible. I called to resolve the issue and even offered to send photos so we could receive a refund, but I was told I had to drive all the way back to the store instead. This meant leaving our event to return the spoiled items, which was very inconvenient. The service felt rude and inconsiderate.

Terrible customer service.. was coming from chemotherapy and ordered pizza. I ordered at the Newton restaurant by mistake. When I got to the correct restaurant, I called Newton to explain and they refused to cancel order. I was too tired to travel to Newton so I wasted money because they refused to cancel. They were rude and insensitive.

We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. The pizzas arrived 1 hour after we placed our order and the pizzas were cold. The dominos pizza front desk was not helpful and asked if we would like to cancel our order when asked why it was taking so long.

Ordered delivery it was at the wrong location lady I spoke with was argumentative and at first told me I could drive an hour to pick up food that was my only option until I pressed harder and requested a refund or that my order be transferred to the correct location. Woman literally told me to calm down while talking over me the entire time. Not happy!

WORST customer service, waiting for a refund from last week $49 and change! Ordered from the wrong store, was told that night by a very rude manager whom talked over me and hung up on me she is not a manager who does refunds! I have to wait till Thursday for that manager! It was only Tuesday night! Wednesday another rude manager that was patronizing and still refused to help! Thursday about 11:30 I got the refund manager, first he can’t find my order, then he doesn’t understand why I want a refund and then he said it was already processed. When I disagreed with him he said he was too busy to talk to his manager he would get back to me! I said today before you go home this is silly I recieve not produce and no refund that you I waited for you to give and you are telling me it’s been done? NO NO the rudeness I have spoken at your store trying to get my money have hung up on me , talked over me and patronized me but I have not got a REFUND! I have reported the store to corporate but besides a case number I hsve yet to speak to a live person! This store manager/owner still has not refunded me, called me back and now my calla to the store go unanswered!!!’n Please return my money id will go to the BBB I have no ide why you can’t do what is right !!!!’ Today I want my refund I feel a week and half I have waited put up with rudeness and waiting it’s time to refund me please Matthew M.
