Terrible customer service.. was coming from chemotherapy and ordered pizza. I ordered at the Newton restaurant by mistake. When I got to the correct restaurant, I called Newton to explain and they refused to cancel order. I was too tired to travel to Newton so I wasted money because they refused to cancel. They were rude and insensitive.
This location seems to have been revamped with a new staff, the pizza I got was exceptional. Previously this used to be the worst Domino's location I've ever been to, but they've really turned things around. Glad I gave this place a second chance
I’ve been ordering from Dominos Pizza the one located on Walnut street Newton MA 02459 for a few times wkly over the past few months and all my orders arrive fast, accurate and delicious!! Definitely recommend and thanks to everyone who works there and prepares & delivers my orders. Keep up the great work Domino’s team members!! ?❤️?
